I had surgery on the 3rd and I'm back to work today on the 8th and I'm still real sore and it was a little hard to drive this morning -

Thanks guys I would not say he is on my side which is really upsetting all he can still think about is me losing the weight and leaving him but if he don't be careful he might get it if he keeps it up .... I can't wait to start seeing results -

I'm going to add you two I used it before but stopped for a while -
I cheated on mine once wasn't to bad tho and they let us eat whatever we wanted the night before my surgery so I don't think you have anything to worry about good luck on your surgery I just had surgery on the 3rd

I had surgery on the 3rd well last night my boyfriends 1 1/2 year old was coloring on the floor and I didn't really pick her all the way up but I helped her up by her arms and I could tell it was much weight for me to be lifting, I don't have real bad pain but I hurt more than I did yesterday . Do you think I could have done something

I just had surgery on the 3rd and I'm not hungry at all I'm having a really hard time getting my fluids in that I need for the day I ate a little bit of broth today and I have one one 4 oz protein shake and water and one popsicle but could not eat all that -
I haven't yet I didn't know I could put heat on my stomach
