The mail in has nothing to do with Obamacare I should I know I work for PBM and they are forcing you to come to them or be penalized if you go to walmart...Krogers or anywhere else...we too as employees are forced to do that unless its not a maintenance drug and this has been going on for about 3 years but now the companies are really cracking down on it....sorry but its the truth -

I wonder if you are hyperglycemia...that's what I am wondering about with all that protein would it make someone lightheaded -
Your starting weight is where I would like to be within 3months of surgery so that means I have a long way to go..continue success on your journey....and yes I have read a lot about gas and it scares me because right now I have enough gassy problems....so I think I will be like a lot of people constipated eventhough now I can go about twice a day..don't let me drink coffee make that twice within 2 hours.

Hello I am new to weighloss surgery I have never had it done...but I am reading and trying to figure out which one to have. I didn't think that many people were still having the bypass surgery but I AM WRONG? So I need to ask those who had revision what did you had previously and what do you have now...I need to see which maybe best for me and also consult with the doctor

Nana94 that is right around the corner....seriously take it easy not sure of your age but even at my age I would take it easy...don't be in a rush sometimes we feel GREAT but then they next day we wake up and realize that we thought to far in advance....take it slow if you really want to exercise maybe try walking a lil faster.....and eazy up and down the steps.. Good luck on your journey

Yea I watched about 3 mins of the live dolls and got scaried...I kept thinking that when I go to sleep a lil creepy doll was going to creep from under my bed...Well guys I hope all is well...anyone in the south we sympathize with what your going through..SHAME on the Atlanta mayor...really u blame it on the weather men but I kept hearing that a storm is coming since Sunday..poor kids and people who were stranded -

He looks great I am soooooooo happy that they worked it out and they end...man just think once he gets more skin removed he will probably be about 15lbs smaller. Good luck to Chuck and Nissa.....ok this is off the subject but what they heck is this show that is coming on after this...people who want to look like a DOLL? Why? -
Have you talked to your doctor to see when you can do zumba I know most doctors do recommend that you walk a lot...try just walking and maybe once you go back to the doctor they can tell you...good luck on your journey
