Hi- Just wondering if any of you were weighed the day of your surgery.

I also tested positive for H-pylori in my lab tests. I am taking Prev-pac which consists of 1 Prevacid pill, 2 antibiotics/amoxicillin pills and 1 Biaxin pill. Gotta take in the a.m. and p.m.

yes, they will but the authorization must be submitted with medical justification. Rhere has to b medically necessary. Also, in CA implants are not covered.

My doctors office just called saying that they received all my test results back ( EKG, endoscopy, labs and chest X-ray) and are submitting everything to my ins./medical group today! I'm so nervous.. I hope I'm approved and sleeved my the end of the year! Ins: Blue Shield of CA Physician: John Morton M.D.

Surgery approved!!! Just got the confirmation this morning that they approved it late Friday afternoon. This made my day! Just waiting on a surgery date now.
