  1. I had my surgery on July 11th. I just found this app today and I have done a lil reading. I have heard a few people talk about stalling and most of them say going back to a liquid diet with low sugar, cals and carbs helps restart them. Hope it helps! Also I use myfitnesspal which is a great tool.. Good luck and keep ur head up!!!

    I had my surgery on July 11th The premier protein shakes have 30g and I used Unjury products. I really enjoy both.
  3. My Fitness Pal. It is an app but they also have a website.. You can track food and exercise.

  5. MFP- tigersbfan I had my surgery on July 11th. I track but I am not always consistent w/ it. I'm prob getting 600 cals a day and I will start excercising Monday.
  6. The Unjury Chicken broth protein is really good. I love it and now that I have had my surgery I add it to mashed potatoes or sprinkle some on my chicken breast and other things just to get in extra protein.
