Where does it go? Where does the fat and inches go? Do they pack their bags and catch another victim off guard?

Wow! Guess I'll embrace sweating then. Thanks!!! -
Happy one year surgiversary to me! 122 lbs gone, 2-3 ft of inches gone. Whole new life at almost 50.

Omg THANK YOU! Someone said that to me the other day when I ran into my former classes HS homecoming queen/Prom Queen. 30 years later I was told I looked 20 years younger than our Queen!!! Man that was like the best compliment yet!

I had my first one today. It had pb and bananas nonfat yogurt and whey protein (who knew???). I asked for Splenda instead of sugar. I googled the nutrition. 32 grms protein! I could only get half down which I found surprising because it's fluid. Oh it's so so good. I heard they were expensive but for $5 24 oz is a lot.

I get a sub from subway maybe 4-5 times a year. I buy a footlong but here's where I've got Jared beat... I explain my situation and the employees are always ready and willing to please. This is how I order: Dbl tuna in a cup (easily 3 cans of tuna). I get Italian bread but just have it sliced open and wrapped separately. Cheese is separate. Then for my veggies, they use 2 containers to hold all my veggies (future salad, way too many veggies for a footlong). Tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce and spinach. No sauces. It cost $10.33 and makes about 12 mini sandwiches. Usually I eat half of my tiny sub and the dog gets the majority of the bread. I leave them a nice tip because I appreciate great customer service. There's wayyy too much tuna for the bread. I don't eat all the bread but then I have plenty of veggies for a couple salads. I think it's rather genius. Kudos Subway!

Just explain your situation. It's reasonable that you can't eat very much at a time. It's wasteful to make it complete because it will get soggy. Call ahead and ask them if they will accommodate your situation!

I drink flat diet pop. No different then the unpronounceable crap that's in protein shakes, bars or Crystal light. I hate water so I drink coffee and flat diet A&W root beer. I have it once a week.

Trust me on this. Go to the store grab one bag of 10 lbs potatoes and a 5 lbs of potatoes. Carry them for a half hour or so. Get back to me on how it makes you feel.

I was told Medicare would cover just the tummy tuck. I went to see the plastic surgeon yesterday and it doesn't! Totally bummed :/
-
No the states

I hated it too. Then I started walking enjoyed it. Then I started stretching and toning exercise, liked that too. Got a treadmill last week, love it. As your body changes, so will your opinion of working out. Get a fitbit zip and keep it attached to your bra. Amazing how much motivation that little thing is!

I was a seriously horrible binge eater. I ate in my sleep!

It's all about age imo.

I have Medicare. I know they cover a tummy tuck. Has anyone that has medicare get approve for anything else? My arms are huge. Great genetics there...NOT! They aren't huge but the hanging skin, and there's a lot of it. It's heavy. Now I have this funky vein appearing on my upper arm.

The surgeon I called takes medicare but it may not be so in all states. It took a long time for medicare to okay the sleeve in MI. -
Thankfully mine go down my calf to my ankle. They've gotten smaller but look great. So glad I chose not to tattoo my ass.

I, to suffer with bipolar. I've had a cpl small manic states but as time goes by (1 yr next month) the depression is better. Where I used to sleep all the time now I'm active and rarely nap. What you're going thru is normal. You are proactive by having a psychiatrist and taking your meds. The rest will work itself out. You know the signs when you are heading for trouble and the dr is a phone call away. Seek immediate help if you feel like harming yourself. I wish you well. You've been thru a lot. -
On my local swap I traded for a treadmill. Seemed like a great idea. I walk around 5 miles a day, never break a sweat (hard to do in a Michigan winter). This machine is kicking my butt! 2 days and I only got in 2 majorly sweaty miles on 2 nd day. Why is it so much harder than walking on the ground? I do have it on an incline and my calves are screaming. I can handle 2.7 mph and I'm quite sure I don't walk that fast on my outdoor walks. Amazing, a year ago I was stuffing my face with God knows what. Now I own a treadmill and buy workout clothes a year later. Amazing!

Well as it turns out my knee is in pain. I had it scoped 10 years ago. It's not muscular pain but pain pain. I'm my own worst enemy. I put it on as much of incline as I can because I'm clearly dumb. I see dr today, I will talk to him about what I can do to continue my exercise schedule. I'm not giving up!

They are coming to the states this fall and will be coming to Michigan to see me and meet my family! Your country is so fascinating. She sent me a wallaby pelt!

Most of us have days like that. Yours wasn't so bad. I got on a homemade popcorn binge last week. Now I'm back on track. Your human and we all make mistakes. Don't be so hard on yourself
-
Right? Fortunately I have all my groove songs on my iPod and I just sing away.
-
Thanks for that! Are you down under?

I've been really working it lately. Stretches, toning, hiking, walking, running in place. I've gained 7 lbs! Wtf?
