Thank you everyone! I have been working out! My goal is to be at 130 I'm at 157 now down 80lbs. .I continue to eat 3 times a day and haven't stalled yet! -

I was sleeved on August 13th and I'm at 60 lbs haven't stalled yet! [ATTACH]7052[/ATTACH] -
4 months out and I have had popcorn with no problems! :-D
