Thank you for the information! I appreciate the time you took to break down your very successful habits! I'm three weeks post op and this info came at a much needed time for me. I had begun to run before the surgery and it was great. Now I see that I may be 'babying' myself because I haven't ran yet only brisk walking (i never had surgery so i just didnt want to harm myself). This week I will definitely push myself. Hey people, I was sleeved at silver cross on 12/10. Things went fine but I'm having a hard time with the diet. Silver Cross offers support groups but that is a drive since I live in Chicago was wondering if there were a local hospital that offers support. I live in the medical district so I'm sure one of these hospitals have to. How are the post op'ers doing?

I was just sleeved but I've been losing weight. So in September I bought a high fashion blazer, I've yet to wear it for the same reasons. I've put it on, loved it, been ready to leave the house and get cold feet. It's weird! Now that I'm 1 week post op, I keep thinking that I WILL have to wear it, before it doesn't fit anymore! That's causing me more stress. I'm glad to know that I am not the only one who feels this way. Maybe we can make a pact to wear our items one day soon?! Take Care!

Wow...you did an amazing job with your surgeon's diet! And it shows through your pictures! Keep up the good work! I needed to hear your story because I'm 4 post op and I cheated today. I feel horrible but I'm determined to get this right and have results like you! Thanks for sharing.

I agree LASIK was the best thing I've ever done for myself besides this new decision to get sleeved. I would definitely suggest it!

OMG!! I was so sick yesterday, so I didn't open mail. I opened this last night and now I have to wait until Monday to confirm. You guys have given me hope. Plane ticket to San Diego has been purchased, deposit check was written. So this is just shocking!
