Honey you are not alone. I broke down to my husband today as i was gagging up my antibiotics....feeling nausea and a bit of pain. I couldn't believe I had done this to myself. He asked me a simple question "why did u do it"....It reminded me off all the awesome reasons i did this and even though i still physically felt the same, I knew i did it for the right reasons and this too will pass! -

Well Im still in my first week post op and there are plenty of clear liquid choices however I am hungry as h@#%! Next week won't be too much better as its full liquids....plus my hubby isn't trying to cook for himself and we can't afford $20 dinners every night just for him so Im having to cook. Needless to say I am not the nicest person right now so he has to eat in a different room! -

Meanwhile back at the ranch, I had my husband take me to the emergency room around 4am this morning. I wasn't breathing.so hot and i coughed up a glob of dark red blood in my sputum late last night. They didn't find any blood clots but they did find a nodule on one of my lungs which i have to get xrayed again for in a year. Well at least it wasn't a clot or related to the surgery! -

I had my surgery yesterday and have been able to get liquids down ok. Doing able 5oz an hour. So just after i do my hourly stroll i sip till i get to 5oz and rest til the next walk. -
