    I hit 4 month post op yesterday and its feels like my restriction has increased. Im going to have to start tracking my food like crazy to make sure im getting enough calories and protein.

    As a side note for the ladies, dont forget to get bra fitting after a significant amount of weight loss. I just had one last week and it just feels amazing when you're lifted properly. My new clothes fit fantastically now and it looks like I've lost more than I actually have! Yeah baby!

    I don't know anyone personally who has regained ALL their weight back but I do have a cousin who gained 40lbs of her 100+ lbs back over the course of the past 7 years. She absolutely abhors meat, so getting her protein in is difficult which does not help her while in maintenance.

    Alright...did yoga, zumba and belly dancing today then walked a mile. Yeaaahhh baby! Im gonna keep mixing it up, the fat has to break lose. Meanwhile Im mad at myself bc the scale shows a lower fat percentage. Silly me...I really do need to pay attention to all the extra numbers popping up on my scale!

    Honey I am right here with you. I stalled, lost 15 lbs and Im stalled again. My weight keeps migrating to 257.8...to the ounce! Lol. I've increased cardio and resistance and adjusted my calories up and down. What I keep telling myself is that Im not ingesting enough calories to maintain this weight so its got to come off...at some point
