what is your opinion on protein bars? as a meal replacement? im 7 weeks out

Im 3 1/2 months out I can not stomach the flintstone chewable vitamins anyone have any suggestions?

I am 11 weeks out I have lost a total of 73#s { 40} pre op 33 post I know it is not bad but im craving all the wrong things..... Candy I ate 3 snack size bars and want more...i dont want to ruin all I worjed hard for...i have been very depressed for a week and all I wanna do is eat please give me advice let me know im not the only one........i dont want to stretch my sleeve. I was sleeved 8/14 im down 73#s total and went from a size 28 to a16 I just had a devestating blow. My 23 year old was just sent to orison for 5 years I am taking this extremely hard im in such a depressed state if mind and worried ill get worse. I have been so good with eating and exercise now I havent exercised all week I lie in bed crying and eating unhealthy foods i even had 4 mini candy bars im so devestated.........HELP ME I dont want to continue this downward spiral......thanj u

I am 10 weeks post op....i exercise 3-5days a week and I dont graze or cheat....ivr lost 33#s 73 total with pre op ....these hunger pains are awful any suggestions thanks...

i was sleeved aug 14th wish i lived closer i could really use a buddy too. I have found a good amount of ppl on here are great but lack a true buddy status. Hope we can be friends i am close to hagerstown Md.

Don't give up we all lose differently. 20#s is amazing, losing at a slower pace is better.

I was sleeved Aug 14 i am 3 weeks post op. I have trouble getting all my fluids in. I lost 40#s pre op but only 13#s post op and it flucuates up and down. I find myself HUNGRY alot and feel i did all this for NOTHING. Maybe imm being hard on myself is this normal. Im reaching out to ANYONE who can give me some encouragememt. THANKS

I am almost 2 weeks post op i have only lost 9#s am i a failure? I lost 40 pre op im following everything to to a T.. Im trying not to get depressed or feel that i made a mistake, but what am I doing wrong? I start mushies on tuesday. I despise yougart tried all kinds i cant stomach it. And its hard for me to get all my liquids in and shakes.....someone please give me ADVICE

I have just failed diet after diet and im afraid that i am gonna fail at this ,,,,, worried

I am 10 days post op and i am able to drink water at a normal pace not gulping but at a good drink, is this normal? I feel totally fine is this normal. i have no nausea no vomitting other than my main incision hurtung a lil i feel the same as i did pre op.....am i crazy ,,,,,,please help any advice
