Frustrated eating to much just saw a new doctor to see abt my options ..he wont give me a fill till I hav a xray ,,see the nutritionist,, go to support group n a sociologist starting over with the basic he wants me to keep the exercise 5x a week atleast 30 minutes day fresh fruit n vegetables no eating out or processed food ..so aggravated been without a fill for 2 months was 175 after being at 7ccs I was starting to finally loose the baby weight I gained from my pregnancy but now im starting to gain it all back im at 190 and hating every pound of it..
