ShrinkyDinkMe22 replied to ladiJ's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
i just had a simliar post the other day! i opted for the nutri-bullet. so far so good. you can leave it run longer to get more smoothie types or you can turn it off sooner to get more mushed up. i can keep you posted if yo like as i experiment. i know a lot of people on amazon probably havent gone through what we are/will be going through i spent a few nights reading reviews on amazon on all the blenders, juicers, etc. that i was interested in. good luck! -

Hey peeps, I'm fairly new to the group and in beginning stages of my process. Having my consult 8/29. Just wondering what to expect at the psych eval? What so you talk about? I've never been to one before. What if I don't get approved bc I say something wrong? It's freaking me out lol.

So nice to here a handful of you went to the Kane center. I'm in the beginning stages and (also in the nw burbs) just went to a seminar last weekend in Hoffman with dr Wallace. Good luck to all of you. -
greetings, new to the board, in the very beginning stages of this process. went to my first seminar today at alexian brothers. was wondering those in this area, how did you choose your doctor, do you recommend them? i have a bmi of 50 with no comorbidities and just ready to do this. i was originally considering RNY until i found out about the sleeve and now this just seems to be the better choice for me. any advice, info etc. on this journey is greatly appreciated.
