  2. I was sleeved jan 7 2013. Ive lost 60 lbs. havnt lost a thing in almost 2 months. I average 1000-1300 a day. I walk but no real cardio right now bc of work and school schedule. What is your everyday diet like? I need some ideas in what to eat to break this stall! Advice?

  4. I am 5 mos out, no real loss for a month. Has anyone been through this and went back on shakes for a few meals to kickstart weightloss again? If so what was your experience?

    Almost 6 months out

    Im 5 months and a 52 lb loss. We are in the same pace! It seems slow but its more than we could have lost before. Im staying positive and looking forward to the next 30 lbs. how much more you want to lose? You are doing great!

    Did you have a catheter ?

    I had one and thank god i did bc i could jot imagine getting up to pee in while recovering. It allowed me to rest and it didnt hurt at all!! Don't stress.
  12. Wow. 99% of everyone is way ahead of me. I knew id e a slow loser but now im thinking this isnt working for me. Sleeved 1/7 down 38 pounds. I started at 263. Ive been between 228 and 224 for weeks now. Im just so confused. I barely get in 1000 cal a day , how am i not losing?? I was eating like 2500 pre surg and not gaining. That was just maintaining. And no, have not lost inches in weeks. Time to cut carbs.. Again!!

  14. Meee!!! Its been 6 weeks and only down 4 pounds in that time. I have lost some inches but the scale should move!
  15. So I have been fighting the same 3 pounds for 4 weeks now. But I have lost 2 inches in my waist, 1 in bust and 1 on hips in 10 days. Anyone else experience this? Im working out but i would think the scale would move a little! Pre op 263 Sw 257 Cw 226 Dos 1/7/13

    You have lost 52 pounds! U r doing great! I have only lost 35ish. I feel like it should be more. So i will keep on measuring to keep myself positive.

  18. HW: 263 DOS: 257 CW: 226 Hoping to lose 25 by June 1. Praying I can. Going to try harder. I have had a slow loss. Cutting out more carbs. Maybe that will do it!
  19. Hey all! Im about 11.5 weeks out. Started at 260 now at 230. 30 lb loss post op. I have not lost a pound in a month. I eat 900-1200 cal a day. 50-90 carbs. 60-100 grms protein. I work out 3x a week. For all that went through a stall, how did i get out and how long were u in it?? Getting sad .

    My sugical team focuses on protein and calories, not carbs. They didnt give me a guide for carbs. But i have pcos so they told me to limit hit gave me no #. Will keep it under 50 to be safe.
