Mine did the same thing, I had a two week follow up with my dr, he wasn't concerned either. He did say it could be because a stitch didn't disolve and was working it's way out. Later that day I could see it poking out(yuck!) It is not nearly as sore now but it is still gross!\ -
I don't remember saying anything I just cried! Sobbing really, I had started to calm down a little and the nurse asked me if I had any children and I tried choking out that I had 3 then started sobbing all over again I have only had to be put out two other times and I woke up each time in a similar fashion.

I was sent home with percocet, it was making me nauseous so I did'nt take anything on day 2 and it was awful. I called and they gave me another for the nausea called zofran. I have only been taking it a couple of times a day. I can't believe they sent you home with nothing!! I would call and ask for something! I hope you get some relief soon! -
They didn't for me, thankfully!!!

I am day 5 today and for most of today the gas pain was better, there were a couple of times that I did need to take my pain meds. Each day it did get better. Hang in there!! -
It's Been A Week Already!?

I am four days out, still some soreness. Today is the first day I have been hungry/able to eat(drink) anything, and I am really hungry today. I don't go back until the 28th and I guess I will start mushies then.......so far away -

Day 3 has been better than day 2 for me but I feel so full of gas that I might float away! I have been walking around and around, started peppermint tea and gas x. I hope tomorrow is better! I had my gallbladder out last year and I remember my biggest problem was the gas. I at least haven't felt nauseous today so that's a step in the right direction! -

This day two for me too and I have been down right miserable today! I had to get a prescription because of the nausea causes by my pain meds. If I had gotten run over by a truck I think I would be feeling better. I so hope that tomorrow is better! -

I am so glad to hear that I am not the only one hungry, some days are ok but then there are the others that are terrible! Yesterday was a bad day! I was so hungry all day long, but I made it through, only two more days to go! Surgery on Monday! -
My surgery is the 13th too! I have to be there are 6:30 for 8 surgery. I am excited to get this thing moving forward! And this liquid diet is awful!!!! I'm ready to not feel hungry! Good luck!
