Dont worry be happy! Stalls are normal. Look for different queues that your body is changing. Take measurements, pay closer attention to how your clothes fit. This may be your first stall but it wont be your last. It is part of the process.

Day three is pretty rough. I noticed that i felt alot better after day 3. -
Premier Nutrition shakes have 30 g of protein each. You can get a case of 18 at costco or sams for $24. They are RTD and very handy. They taste pretty good too.

I would cut it with crystal light. It made it more bearable. I won't say good, but better than alone. Half of each worked for me. -

I was sleeved on Monday and back at work the next Monday. It was fine for me, I would say it depends on your job and the demands.

I'm 8 days post op and not hungry at all. So much so it freaks me out a bit. I get my fluids in, just started full fluids today, but it was a chore to get the shakes down. It didn't hurt or an discomfort. I just didn't have any interest. Anyone else experience this or am I just wierd?

Your meals will definately be protien heavy. I actually did atkins for 3 months preop and think is has helped me maintain my weight loss pace. The post op diet wasnt such a shock to my body.

Isopure has a clear protien drink that has 40 g per bottle. You may find a flavor you like. I cut mine with crystal light, and it help get all the fluids and protien in. Also walk, walk, walk it will help you feel better. -
