hate hate hate this... i've got ads everywhere too. ads IN the posts?? why??? i'm glad to hear you're feeling better pam! lets see, tomorrow is kinda crazy. i told myself i was going to take it easy but i'm a glutton for punishment. I'm making green bean casserole and brocoli rice casserole for both families. juan's family eats at noon and mine eat at four. so. i'll be cooking in the morning and then running back and forth. we eat at juan's family's house, then at mine, then go back for a bit at juan's and finish up with dessert at mine. this is so not happening once sophia comes. we are staying put... oh and i'm huge now and feeling huge and in pain. I have lots of hip pain and my belly is huge and i can barely sleep. i toss from one side to another all night. i sometimes get stabby when it's the middle of the night and i'm exhausted and juan is blissfully asleep. I want to push him off the bed. i'm so so bad. i'm glad i only have about a month left. well i hope everyone has an awesome thanksgiving tomorrow. we are headed to go see my grandparents in mexico early saturday morning!

Pam, next Tuesday will come so fast! Blink and it will be here. I'm glad you were able to eat at least a lean cuisine. I'm sure that helps a bit. Michelle, OMG, I can't believe you have a 16 yr old. I just made a pouty face and showed him the picture of the bedding and how soft the pink was. He agreed that the pink was too harsh for that soft green we picked. So we go back to the drawing board on Thursday...

Oh pam, I really hope things get better for you. I honestly remember sleeping alot when I was doing liquids. It was really the only way for me to cope. :thumbup: just keep your goal in sight at all times. Judy! Glad youre back. I love vacation too but like you am always so happy to be home. Ill have to get on face and look at all your pics... Michelle, poor mom! We would always do stuff like that to my poor mother. I remember one time I volunteered her to make vests for the whole 5th graders for our holiday show. And then completely forgot to tell her until about a week before the show. Ahh she wasnt too happy with me. My weekend was great. juan painted half the nursery. Im not 100% percent happy on the shade of pink we ended up with but we've gone through 6 samples and he was getting pretty frustrated with me. I asked my mom and sisters and they liked it so maybe its just me. Oh and we did end up buying her bedding online. I was making myself crazy with the fabric and juan just said enough was enough. So we sat down and found one that I love love love and so we bought it. Why didnt I do this from the get go?

So were you late today jane? Im having issues with my fabric for sophias room. Im so stressed about it that im so ready to just forget about it and just buy a premade set. The furniture comes thursday so im happpyyyy! Pam, how was the burger? It looked delish! Im craving some soul food today. Smothered pork chops, collard greens and mac and cheese. Yum. Im gonna go get that for lunch. I also have a facial scheduled for tonight. Ahhh cant wait. everyone have a great weekend!

Oh pam, im salivating for all the details. I want to know everything. How is this going to affect you 20 years down the road? That was always my big question. I'm so so so excited for you. The band helped me get my self esteem back and because of that I was able to make me happy enough with myself in order to be able to be in a healthy relationship with juan. My shower was great on saturday. Lots of good food and good cake. Sophia got lots of clothes and blankets. We got four bouncy chairs, three monitors and some other stuff duplicated. So we got some exchanging to do. Im about to keel over from sleep. I waited up for juan to arrive last night. He didnt make it home till two.

Soooo glad its friday! Im ready for the weekend. I have a small wedding in the morning and then a huge wedding in the evening tomorrow. But im not working the big wedding. Also my baby shower! Yay! And hunting season starts tomorrow. There is a mass exodus of men leaving tonight for their deer blinds. Juan is so excited, lol. Judy, I hope everything is well with kris. Keeping her in my prayers. that doesnt work for me. My big belly raises the hem up too much in the front. I have lots of wrap dresses and baby dolls since those are flattering on me but I went through and tried them all on last week and no go. I ended up ordering two from target and had to get them shipped overnight. Grrrrrr. Jane, im mostly getting tons of cute stuff. People just see pink stuff and they want that instead of a boring bottle, lol. Luckily weve been buying lots of little essentials and my sisters, juans brothers, my parents and juans mom have bought lots of the nessesities. Pack and play, swing, ect... Good morning... Another dreary rainy day here. Yuck. My shower was nice yesterday. I forgot to take a picture of my pink shirt. When I wear it again ill remember.... Jane, ill have two more showers after this one. One from my side of the family, and one from juans side. Everyone is super excited for this baby. Can you tell? Lol Yes, I'm in my third trimester already. I'm 31 weeks today. I can't believe how fast it's going. We will blink and she will be in my arms. I'm starting to feel better about going through labor. I was terrified but now I'm starting to be ok. I mean women do this every single day. It can't be that bad... I still havent found a dress for my shower on saturday. Ive looked at so many places but I dont want to spend alot of money and maternity dresses are so expensive! Oh and the babies' nursery furniture is here! They called me yesterday. We are getting it delivered the week before thanksgiving. I'm so excited. But the bedding is far from done. My fault of course. Im so happy its voting day today. Ive been getting so many calls, emails ect. Im so over it. Rainy day today. I like it. Its crisp and cool out. Finally feels like fall! Today is my first baby shower! So excited. The girls from work are throwing me a little cake and punch shower in our conference room. Im wearing my cute pink shirt. Weekend was nice. A little busy. Small wedding sat morning, then just chores around the house. Sunday I made us a big Breakfast and then church and errands. I was exhausted by 5pm and we went to my moms and I took a long nap. We didnt have that many trick or treaters come by. I dont know if it was because it was sunday or because the houses are so far apart in my moms neighborhood that children go elsewhere. Next year we will be at my house with sophia! i'm here, didn't go anywhere. Just super busy. I need to slow down but it's so hard. I keep asking at work when they are hiring someone else and they keep saying they are looking. I'm leaving in two months and I'll be gone for almost 3 months. I hope they know there is no way I can properly train someone in two months. UGH. And then on top of my regular work I have the wedding work. These are our busiest months. I'm not working the weddings anymore but still doing all the appts and meetings with the brides. I think people think I'm superwoman or something. Juan is not happy about me always being so busy but at least when I finally do make it home he makes me sit on my butt and doesn't let me lift a finger. Ahhhh, I'm so sorry to always be bitching about this. I always keep thinking things are gonna slow down, things are gonna change but nothing. Anywho... So how's everyone? Pam, I'm so happy that you're on the road to success. I'm so jealous too! You'll be so skinny soon! How was paranormal activity? Will I be able to see it or will Sophia come popping out of me if I go? LOL Jane - aww, Jane. Sucks that your life is work work work. I feel blessed that I have my family close by. I'm usually not that good at making friends so I mostly surround myself with family. I'd probably be work work work too if my family weren't around. I would try what Pam said about volunteering somewhere. Does your church have a youth group? I loved helping out with their events. You might enjoy that. Judy, I'm glad things are looking up for Joe. Oh and yes, I think we decided to go with the midwife after speaking to her. She will let you take your time with labor whearas a dr. will only wait so long and start trying to give you pitocin to speed things up. Good morning. Beautiful day here today. My work computer is acting up this morning which sucks because I have a ton of work to do.

hi there! Thanks for the birthday wishes! We had such a good time in Mexico City. It's such a beautiful city. We did so much walking though that it wore me out. By about 4pm each day I would be swollen like a blimp and would have to slow down for the rest of the day. I'm gonna try to post some pictures tonight. I didn't take that many, my sister Erika took most of them. I'll have to go back and catch up on posts. I worked late tonight and then had an appointment with a bride at the house so I'm beyond exhausted. oh and my OB called me this weekend to tell me she is leaving the practice. Waahhh. So now I have to chose another doctor or even one of the midwives. There is only one other lady doctor so I might end up with a midwife. But with the kind of labor I want to have I might be a better fit for a midwife anyway. So anyway. That's what's new on the Sophia front. Everyone have a great night. I'm gonna see if I can do a quick upload from my camera...

LPOh judy, so sorry to hear about joe and jen. Hopefully counseling works, at least enough for them to be able to do whats best for ethan... Laura, im so sorry about your loss... lol... I'm cracking up over here. I mean I feel so so bad for that poor little creature that had to suffer but its still hard not to chuckle at the responses from the cops... The concert was amazing. Dinner was great, so delicious. I did end up wearing heels. Everyone else dressed to the nines, I didn't want to feel dowdy. And they didn't even hurt actually. But everyone coddled me so that helped too. They dropped us off right in front of the restaurant. And then for the concert again they let us off right in front and they went and parked. Jane, yes we leave for mexico city on friday. I'll be there five days. I'm so excited! I've always wanted to go. I'm doing my gestational diabetes test today. Wish me luck that I'm ok... I don't want to quit eating pasta! Wha...
