When juan was hugging me after I told him we were expecting he asked me right away, when will we find out what it is? Lol. He is so ready to find out. oh and my appetite is back, lol. But I still eat as much as when I was a bandster. That makes me feel good but at the same time it doesn't. Like how is ikt possible that with no restriction whatsoever I fill up on the same amount of food that I normally eat with my band fully filled? Just baffles me. Unless my stomach pouch shrunk? You know how that happens sometimes? Dunno... Went swimming again last night. Augh! My mom called right when I got off of work and told me to come over because she had cooked. I told her, mama I have piles of dishes to do! She's like, that can wait, lol. Love my mama!

I'm all over the place with those. The ring doesn't move in front of my belly. I don't get sick. I got a few pimples. I crave chocolate sometimes but also hot cheetos with lime. My face looks thinner than before but it might be my haircut. Ill have to wait until my ultrasound to know for sure. My cousin is 13 weeks preggo and they already told her what she's having. So fast! My doctor told me they won't know until 20 weeks. I'm so so so sleepy... I'm taking a nap when I get home then tackling the dishes. Unless they will magically have been done for me?? Ha ha ha

It is hella hot here!! Omg it doesn't go below 98 most days with 100 percent humidity. It feels like 120 outside. And then my a/c is acting up. We had people over at the house Friday for dinner and it was 87 INSIDE the house even though I jacked it down to 70 when I got home. It never made it below 87 the whole freaking night. I had juan pull out fans and put them around the living room. The ac people are barely coming today to check it out. I've been staying at my moms since Saturday. Other than that fiasco on Friday we had a wonderful weekend. Saturday I spent it by the pool and uploaded all 800 plus pics to my computer. Puts most of them up on facebook and then my mom helped me pick which ones she wants printed. Sunday was church then had to get ready for the big party. Huge turn out and the dads had so much fun. Well everyone had so much fun. We ate way too much and swam some. My mom surprised everyone by hiring a mariachi band to come play. That was so special. My dad started tearing up when they srolled in playing. I'm so glad I had no weddings scheduled for this weekend. Its just been way too hot. I'm glad its Tuesday! I'm ready to go home though. I have dished in the sink from Friday! Oh the horrors! Lol. I just left everything in disray after the party. Grabbed my dogs and my suit and went to mamas, lol. So today I have the lovely task of going home to see what awaits me. Oh! I'm excited about cali too!! I won't be able to paricipate in the spa though. No massages for me and I can't do the steam room or sauna.

That sucks laura! About the sleep doc and the flat tire. I would have cried right along carson. I don't take "situations" well but ill have to learn fast right? LOL And doctors visits are my biggest hate. Twice I've asked to be the first appt of the day only to show up, early mind you, and have to wait 45 min to see the doctor. What exactly is the point of an appt? Wish I knew someone who worked for a doc so I could know.

Who knows about cameras? We are looking to get a new camera for when the baby comes. I want a small one but my only real requirement is fast shutter speed. I want one where I can go click click click click and not have hardly any lag between clicks. Any recommendations??

We love Father Pat!!! We told him on Sunday we were expecting and he was overjoyed! He put his hand on my belly and said a blessing for our little one.

Suzy, that was me too for years and years. But I missed the feeling that going to church gave me. I finally had to come to terms that there will always be hypocrates whether I like it or not and I shouldn't let them ruin my experience for me. Now we go every Sunday and I just love it. I don't get involved in too many groups though because that's mostly when my anger and stress come out. If there is volunteer things I can do on my own those are usually the ones I participate in.

I am completely agast too! And I would be boiling mad. But bob is right, the anger only hurts you. If I were you I would definetly come up to her and tell her that you heard what she said about your daughter and that you will be praying for peace in her heart...

Good morning! Just another busy day here. Same crap at work like always and I have two appts tonight for weddings... Last night was a huge success! Enchiladas were delicious and I even had to make a batch of red spicy ones because we went through the green ones so fast. I got my CD of pictures from my photographer. There are about three hundred more pictures than there are online. I saw the one y'all took on the front steps of the house. So beautiful! I will transfer them to my computer and email them to y'all. We were up till midnight looking at the pictures. I popped them into my dvd player and played them a slideshow. But with 800 pics we were there awhile! Tummy hurts today, boo

Yep, I'm fine... Judy, I'm sure you're relieved!! It would be like my gut is unclenching. Did anyone video you singing hallelujah? I'm sure it was beautiful! Jane! I'm glad you got good stuff at the auction. Some people do that for a living! Buy and resell... might be something to do on the side! Michelle, oh we have world cup fever too. Juan loves soccer and can drone on and on about it. I just nod and smile. Our dvr is filled with games right now... Pam, hope you're feeling better from your summer cold. I got one too and it lasted for two weeks. It was right after we came back from our honeymoon. All I could take was robitissin. It finally went away... Suzie, glad to hear things are going good with gia. Is she getting restless now that school is out? Mae, glad to hear your daughters surgery went well. I'm her I'm here! Just had a crazy few days. I worked till noon on Thursday because I had my ultrasound scheduled. So I get to my appt at 1pm and wait for about 45 min. I ask if its gonna be much longer and they inform me that the doctor got called away on a delivery and she will be back in just a bit. So we wait and wait some more. So finally around 3 they let us get our sonogram done with a tech. Then the doctor shows up and we get to consult with her. We left at almost 4 pm. I was so tired of waiting and I had even forgotten my kindle. But the news was good. Healthy and strong heartbeat. We did record it this time. Its on a dvd. I'm gonna see if laura can help me email it to y'all. My cyst on my ovary did not grow so that was also good news. We gotta keep monitoring it though so I have another ultrasound in two weeks. This weekend I had two weddings. Two rehearsals on Friday evening. Then all day Saturday and all day Sunday. I am so so exhausted. I'm not doing that anymore. I already told my mother in law. No more Sunday weddings for me. I can barely walk today because I am so sore. And the heat was unbereable. 98 degrees both days. The guests at both events were dying of heat. There was not a single breeze to be had. I just kept chugging Water the whole time. And there is some major changes coming to my office. They want me to switch posotions and I don't know what to do... Anywho... I'm just exhausted today. And its Juans birthday and I made the huge huge error of inviting everyone over to dinner tonight a few weeks ago. I got nothing pre done. I get off at 5 and everyone is coming over at 7. Greattttt... and my house is not even all that clean. Its picked up but I always like to have it super clean when we have people over.... Hopefully juan can get off a little early so he can sweep and mop. Then I will put the rice on as soon as I get home and get started on enchiladas for 25. Luckily juan grated a huge block of cheese for me yesterday and the green sauce I made last week and I pulled it out of the freezer this morning to thaw out. So today ill just have to get the chicken cooked and shredded and then parfry the tortillas and roll them all up. I'm thinking three per person?? Oh and my sweet sweet sister volunteered to make him his favorite cake so that's another weight off my mind... Sorry about the novela!! I have to go catch up and see what everyones been up to since Thursday... ill be back in a abit

Aww, I didn't watch glee last night. Juan doesn't like it very much so I always watch it the next day after work. Nothing much going on here. I'm starting the thank you cards tomorrow because who knows how long its gonna take my photog to get the cards to me. I'm gonna go find some really nice stationary and get to it. I don't feel good waiting so long to get them out... Another dreary day here. Lots of rain scheduled. I have two weddings this weekend but its supposed to clear up but its supposed to be hot hot hot

Really? I didn't realize that. Why were you gonna do fertility testing if you hadn't even tried? Heather, are you done having babies? You don't want one more? :tongue2: I made chicken tetrazzini for dinner. Made it so fast! Had it in the oven in less than 15 min. I wish every nights meal was like this. I'm watching "behind the scenes of Saturday night fever". Love that movie! Love the soundtrack. I think that was the first tape I ever bought.

Laura, I am so so happy for you. I said the same thing as you "this can't be right" LOL. Remember how I toldbyou the first two times we were gonna try juan chickened out? That's so funny. Where you the slipped band or the slipped port? Couldn't remember. Well I am scared to death of something happening to the band or my port so under the advice of my band doc I got a complete unfill. I've been losing weight so far but I'm at the stage where everything is yuck. When I get to the hungry stage I'm gonna have to just suck down watermelom to fill me up. Ill have to be so careful. I go for another ultrasound Thursday and ill take my dvd to burn a copy. I can't wait!

But why?? Ha ha ha... if I worked at home I swear I would live in my pjs. When I don't have errands to do on Saturday I stay in my pjs all day. When I hear the garage door opening I ruuuunnn and strip and get in the shower. Juan never knows, lol. Yeah the air is eeewwww today. So much that I don't plan on leaving for lunch. Ill stay in and eat canned soup.

Its so humid here its like trying to breathe in cottage cheese... its only gonna get hotter

So what's that fiber stuff people take that dissolves in a glass of water? I'm hurting and I've upped my fruit intake so much but it hasn't helped. Lots of naseau (sp?) this past week. I had to leave mass yesterday because the incesnse made me dry heave. Super sensitive nose. There is so many things that I can't smell right now or they make me gag. I hope this stage ends soon. Other than that I'm well. Juan is being super attentive with me. He's so happy and wants to make sure I'm always happy and comfortable. I had cheerios with strawberries this morning for breakfast but what I really wanted was coffee! My coworker had a steaming mug on her desk when I went in there to talk to her and it smelled so so good.

What a wonderful crazy day for me today! So I announced the big news to everyone. I'M PREGNANT!! Been on the phone most of the day with friends and family. Everyone is so happy and we are so happy too. I went this morning and got a complete unfill. I've been so naseus lately and I didn't want to damage my band from all the dry heaving I've been doing. Surprisingly I've lost 8 pounds since I got back from my honeymoon. All I've been eating is fresh things. I crave lots of fruit and fresh veggies and lots of milk. Suzie! Good to have you back! How have you been? How are things with your foster daughter? I hope everythings been well for you. I would have gone crazy with no computer! Pam! I read the book and I just loved it. Cried so much. Ill have to see the movie. I'm so glad your exams are past you and that you can rest easy now. Aw judy, poor ethan. You're right, he was probably tired. How did your knee do today? Mae, how everything? Hope you're well. Jane, I heard that show was good. Ill have to see if its coming here. We've got young frankenstein in town right now but we won't be able to catch it. Michelle, no juan doesn't usually clean bathrooms. I wish! What happened was that we had left my little diabetic dog in there with a wee wee pad while we went out to dinner and she didn't go on the wee wee pad. So when we got home I told him I wasn't cleaning up dog pee so he had to do it. But he gets all nuts with it. Breaks out the chlorine, mop, bucket. All for a little puddle that I would have cleaned up with a paper towel and then swiffered. He's just like that though, lol. I'm so glad its Friday and I get to sleep in tomorrow!!! We started opening presents already! Its so exciting seeing all the stuff and finding a spot for it. That's why its taking me so long. As I'm opening I'm finding a spot for it or putting it away for later use. I'm also waiting on a picture from my photographer that I'm going to use as my thank you card so no formal thank you's have gone out. It feels so weird. I try to get my thank yous out as fast as possible usually. How long do I have before people start to think I'm rude?? I hope at least a few more weeks?

Jane, you made me crave bbq yesterday. We went and picked up sandwiches and corn on the cob from that place, rudys. So good! I am sooo sleepy today. Juan decided he was going to clean our bathroom at 10 pm last night and the cleaning solutions that he used were hurting my throat so I went to go sleep on the couch. Tossed and turned for a few hours then I went to bed but again, clouldnt sleep. Now I'm dragging... Off to do inventory in the warehouse today. Gross
