We got as far as pulling everything out, laying a plastic sheeting on the carpet and taping the edges. Then we had to get ready to head out to my moms for dinner. Hope your appt goes fast for you! Pam, great news about your MIL. So happy that everything turned out well! Are the kids back today there too? I expected massive traffic this morning but I made it to work super fast this morning. I feel so blah today. I left in a huff this morning and it put me in a bad mood. Just overly hormonal right now. The dispute was over a glass of water! I hate mondays! I'm planning on going home and crawling into my bed with a piece of cake and a glass of milk!

Ahhh I'm so full. Just got back from panera for lunch. I had a big salad, bowl of soup and a huge cheery pastry. I'm gonna pop! Its barely one here and I'm so ready to gooooo... I have 4 more hors left. And my pants are tight and digging into me, lol

Where the heck has my week gone??!! I've been go go go since Monday morning. I've had wedding appts almost everynight exept for last night. Signed three contfracts. The heat is killing me now though. I can't be outside for long. I mostly stand inside the house and point at the grounds through the window. I have two weddings in sept and three in oct and two in nov. I don't think ill be working them though. Too hot. One of them is actually scheduled while I'm in PS! Had another dr's appt yesterday and another ultrasound. The bean is not a bean anymore. She sgetting so big! And very active. Unfortunately I haven't actually felt her moving around in there. I carry my weight in my lower gut so that area has always been the fattest part of my body. It makes it hard to feel through all the blubbler, lol. Well we went to the furniture store last night and bought sophia's nursery furniture. Omg its beautiful!! Exactly what I wanted. Its so funny because I had gone a few weeks ago to look with my sisters and we all fell in love with this one set. And last night I went with my parents and didn't tell my mom which one I liked. I told her to pick the one she liked. Well we were walking around the showrooms and when we came to that one she just gasped. She loved it and it was the one we loved too! Too funny! So we ordered it and it takes 14 weeks to get in. We were cutting it close! I hope there are no delays, its coming by boat. The last thing I want to be doing at 8.5 months is setting up furniture! Oh well.... Judy! Glad your knee is getting better and better. ditto on the scooter for disney, lol. Who gets to pick the new minister? The committee votes?? If bob takes that position which is a few hours away does he just drive that on sundays?? Michelle, that was a nice comment from your editor. It always feel good to get those little pats on the back. Laura, yay on finding a set on craigslist! 90% of the furniture in my house is from craigslist and its all very nice stuff. The only things we've bought new are the matresses on the beds and a bench I have in my room. Are y'all gonna paint the babies room before you find out sex? What color are you thinking of doing it? Sophias nursery bedding is going to be pale pink with touches of pale sage green and ivory. I know, I already changed my mind from the original color scheme,lol. Now I don't know what color I want the walls. Jane, Did your pimple go down? My face is a wreck during this pregnancy! I've never had so many pimples in my life. My chin is a mess. Oh and good news from the dr yesterday, she told me I could go ahead and dye my hair. Yay! My roots are terrible. And the gray hair? Horrific! Pam! I honestly don't remmeber if suzannes moms surgery is today. Sending you lots of prayers nonetheless. I can't believe I'm booked! Yay! So happy! Suzy, hi there! Yeah in mexico there is lots of haydee's. Its not unsual over there. I love my name but wish it wasn't so difficult for people to pronounce. That's why I went by martha all throught school. Aaaaahhhh so glad its Friday. But I might have to work tomorrow and Sunday. My mom is going to a conference in san antonio and she wants me to come with her. So if I go its Monday and Tuesday and so ill have to work sat and sun. She won't know for sure until 3pm today so we will see. While she's in her conference ill be at the spa and in the pool so I would love love love to go! Judy, ah that darn PT. Is it supposed to hurt that much when she works with you? Can you request someone else?? Sorry you're still in pain. Gald to hear you'll see your baby today. That always helps! Congrats to Kris and her hubby for their purchase and eventual new house. So exciting!! Oh and about trying again for baby #2!! Jane, I think its normal to struggle with a new schedule at first. Before you know it you won't even know what you did before you started at sallys, lol. My mom has been spooooiiiilllliiinnggg me so much. Each time I mention something I'm craving she will whip it right up. My sisters are loving it too because we love my mamas cooking! But everyone is gaining weight right along with me, lol! Well, back to work for me...

Oh I've been over my band for awhile. What confirmed it was after I got completely unfilled and was able to eat the same amount of food while banded and still get full. This was just a few weeks into the pregnancy so it wasn't that the baby was taking up room or anything. The best thing about being unbanded is that I can eat all the salad and fruits and veggies I want. With the band, no way. I haven't really had a sweet tooth craving. More like spicy crunchy things. I put hot sauce on everything now. Cook my food hot. Everything has to be spicy to taste good...

Who's steven slater? If he's cute I like him too, lol. Yep, got your email but regardless of that still very very happy for y'all. Laura, I have back issues while sleeping too. And I'm not that big yet. My doctor told me that its because I'm expanding inside. Hips, etc. I shove pillows everywhere too and still toss and turn. Your cresent dog made me want one! Are you having cravings? Ugh, I crave anything anyone ever mentions, lol. Michelle, the party sounded fun fun fun. My house was like yours growing up. Except with us it was piles of girls everywhere. I had such a wonderful childhood thanks to my parents. Such great memories. I hope we can do the same for our babies... And now I can't stop thinking about sopapilla cheesecake. Omg! Jane, hope all was well at 840 last night! Still thinking about you... (and sopapilla cheesecake. :thumbup: Laura, that's a great idea about craigslist. I was on there looking for bedding and found some nice stuff. I was going one way with her room and now want something totally different. I want to use my cathedral veil and hang it over her crib from the ceiling. Then drape it around the crib. And my veil is ivory with satin edging. So now I'm gonna go with more neutral colors for the nursery. I think. I suck at decorating. I need to enlist my moms help. Michelle, ill make sure to bring my project with me to cali. Hopefully ill have made some progress on it... So tired and so hungry already.

oh pam! i'm so happy for ya'll! i got your email today on my phone but didn't have a chance to respond. and then i got your evil picture while i was still at work and from then on could only think about how much i wanted that, LOL. My cravings are bad! Same old thing with me. Work is so stressful right now. I'm covering for a girl that's on maternity leave and training another lady and trying to do my own work. I feel so overwhelmed. I feel like i'm drowning. I try to get in early so I can do my work before the lady gets in at 8am and then i stay late, again, so i can try to get through some of my work after she leaves at 5pm. I'm so ready for maternity leave. On the pregnancy front i'm feeling great. Fat but great. Not much of a bump yet but my pants wont zip... Laura! So jealous of you meeting Kathy. Love her and her attitude. She's great! Take lots of pics! Oh and I saw those Carson videos on FB today. So so so cute. OMG i can't wait till my sophia is toddling around. I think that time frame is just the best. Juan and I lay in bed at night talking about her and wondering how she's going to be. I can't wait till Christmas either. Judy - so sad about Ethan leaving. But ditto about Skype. My friend teaches in Korea and her and her mom skype almost everyday and chit chat. Michelle - back to school time for your kiddos. I remember being excited about going back to school. I'm sure they are too... Your meditation class sounds lovely! OH, guess what, i'm taking a knitting class. First class is this Saturday. Oh and laura, my babies heartbeat was always 135 to 138. :/ we were so sure it was a boy, lol. OH and big news! We went today for 2nd level ultrasound. Everything looks great with baby. She's measuring a week bigger! Yay!

Hi girls! Judy, how's your knee today? I agree with Kris about staying on schedule with the meds. Never let the pain get so bad. I'm just amazed that you're able to walk around and even climb in and out of the pool. I think you're doing great! Mae, your trip sounds fun! We always have international festivals here in town and the irish days and german days are the funnest, lol. Jane, I think laura was talking about the repeal of prop 8 on her previous message. How's the job(s)? When do you get paid at sallys? Those days make the extra effort all worth it, lol. Michelle, the zen workshop sounds great! And I can't believe how fast the summer has gone by! Have yet to touch the nursery. Hopefully this weekend we will go out and buy the paint. On Sunday we went crib shopping. Fell in love with a few sets but gave my mom the option to choose whichever one she wanted. She has my same tastes so I'm sure it'll be gorgeous. I gotta get back to work now. Took me almost an hour to type this little bit out because I kept getting interrupted. The nerve of some people, lol!! Love y'all!

Omg, so much drama on real housewives of nj. That one lady is psycho. But we love watching it, lol. The only housewives series I never liked was the atlanta one. That one was so boring... Pam, what are you doing traffic school for? Its Wednesday and I'm happy we are closer to the weekend... I honestly have a hard time getting up in the mornings. And I go to bed at a reasonable hour but I just toss and turn so much. We are going out to buy new pillows tonight and see if that helps me.

Ah I'm sleeping like crap lately! And its only just begun. I don't even have a big belly yet. Rainy and overcast here lately so everything is blah. We are going to start on the baby nursery this weekend. We are thinking a light lavender color with pale yellow accents. Did I already mention it? Don't know, my brain is gone lately. My little friend in my office is MIA. Hopefully he's gone for good. My stomach is rumbling. I have to find a snack...

They are both beautiful. They both sound good with Marie. And I love her nickname too. So cute and sweet. More than likely we will call ours Sofie for short. I love that we didn't have to struggle with this. I know lots of couples that spend months trying to come up with a name. At least that crucial part is done for us.

Her middle name is Isabel. I was hesitant to share since that's the name you picked but its juans grandmothers name and I've had that girl name for awhile. Its only a middle name and its just for sentimental reasons since no one will ever call her that. I didn't want to say anything when you first said something since I wasn't even for sure I was having a girl. I figured id cross that bridge if I came to it.

They didn't tell anyone they were separated, having issues ect and I friended her. and then of course big blow up happens and she's commenting on all my stuff so my cousin could see it and I just had to tell her bye! Well last week we were over at my moms and she announced that she wanted to buy the baby her nursery set. When she asked me to come look at the website so I could pick it out it was the same baby furniture website I had been looking at. So I'm getting my fancy crib, yay. Nooo we're not spoiled at all... Oh my gosh it was so hot yesterday. We went to a BBQ for a cousins birthday and I was dying! I wanted to get in the pool but there was tons of little kids playing rough and splashing all around. I was scared that someone might accidentally kick me so I stayed out. I just kept drinking cold ice water all afternoon. Oh and the baby's name is going to be Sophia. Just don't say it on facebook. We are keeping it a surprise for our families. So juan came home on Friday with a piece of cake. And I asked him if it was all for me and he said no, its for Sophia. Ha ha ha. I told him, it started all ready? Oh and I have a question too. My mother in law became friends with a lady a few months ago and I can't stand the lady. She is now at ALL of our family functions. At my mother in laws all the time for dinner, ect. I can't stand her. I feel like she is so fake. But my mother in law likes her. The lady is loud and abrasive and I think my MIL likes that because she is shy. So anyways juan said just ignore her. But I can't! She's always in my face too! Do I tell my MIL something or do like juan says and ignore her???

Well in my house juan was so sure it was gonna be a boy, ha ha. We picked out a boy name and talked about colors for the nursery ect. I've had my girl name picked out forever so that was easy. But now I'm relishing in all things pink!

My husband has a man crush on leo so we are definetly gonna watch inception. I also want to see salt. Hope its good! We are so excited about our baby girl! Last night we stayed up talking about the color of the nursery and how we will deal with boys, lol. What extremes!! I'm so glad its Friday but I've got lots to do this weekend. Major cleaning and purging gonna go on.

There is a mouse in my office! Ew ew ew ew. I just cleared my whole desk and disinfected everything. When I came in this morning I found little bitty mouse poop everywhere on my desk. I wanted to die! When I told the maintenance guy about it he said "oh yeah I saw him the other day running from bill's office into yours". I was like, you've got to be kidding! Why wouldn't he tell me or lay a trap down or something??? Ugh so that's my day so far. Dealing with mouse poop. I've covered in anti bacterial stuff right now. So gross. I've got my doctors appt today but first I'm going to go to the social security office to get started on the process of changing my name. How fun?!

Yep, exactly right. Old and cheap, lol. I tthink they're a dollar?? I try to avoid them because when they're nice and toasted they go down like butter... but they are good and now I want one even more! Gah

I love mine almost raw too!! And yeah my doctor said make sure my meat is not bloody. So sad....lol. And I cackled at your comment judy. Made my day, lol. And thanks for reassuring me about the false positive... I haven't told anyone except my sisters and so its hard for me to get feedback and know that this happens all the time. Hopefully on the 5th when they do the high level ultrasound it will put my fears at ease. Oh and my belly button is tearing! Ouch! Does this happen?? Its a tiny tear but my pants rub on it and it hurts. A bandaid doesn't stay... I'm craving one of those cheap totinos pizzas today. But I have a whole roasted chicken at home that I picked up at the grocery store. I can't even think about what I can do with it. My mind is totally blank. I half heartedly want to tell juan just to sit down with a fork and some bread and go to town, lol...

Yum, steak out. I miss a good rare steak. My dad grilled steaks the other day and mine had to be well done! What a waste of a gorgeous T-Bone. I didn't even eat it since it was so cooked. I gave it to the dogs...

Well I'm 33 and we did it because we figured we'd like to know so we can get prepared but now I regret it. I'm only 16 weeks and to feel this ball of nerves at the pit of your stomach for the rest of the pregnancy is gonna be hard. And again, regardless we wouldn't consider abortion so it was a dumb choice on both our parts. If God blesses us with more then I won't be getting it done again. It takes a little bit out of the pure joy of just being pregnant. And yes once we find out we are going to let everyone know. We are not sharing names though because I have a cousin pregnant with a boy that's due in nov and another cousin pregnant with a girl due in october.
