I am so so sleepy. I've been working on this long ass project since 10am and I still have about 4 more hours of work on it. I keep having to come in here or go check facebook every once in awhile to keep from falling face first into my computer... We went to bed so late last night. We came home from his moms house at 10pm. Finally made it inside the general vicinity of the bed around 11:30pm. Didn't actually get in the bed until close to midnight though because I started rearranging my night table and all the piles of stuff that just seem to accumulate there each week. I'm working late tonight and probably have to get in early tomorrow. I'm so ready for the weekend...

When I have my babies (i hope two at one time) I will leave them at my mom's house for the first three months, LOL...

I agree, a good photographer is the most important thing that day. Pictures are the only thing left after all the hoopla is done. But we definetly won't skimp on food though! Three days of gluttony is basically how it boils down to, LOL...

Mine is random because 1) I don't run on roads. 2) I haven't thought of Lance Armstrong or seen him or anything in forever 3) I can't stand feet. I don't like looking at them or touching them. I'm going to go meet with a photographer tonight to look over packages and prices. I didn't realize how expensive they had gotten. When we booked our guy last time he charged us $1500 for the whole day, with prints and books included... Now it's more like $3700!

I had a crazy dream last night that I was running on a road while Lance Armstrong was biking beside me. We would stop every so often so I could put salve on his feet. So totally random...

hi hi hi! love that dress Laura, it's gorgeous! Terry, I loved the last one too but I agree, I think it might be super heavy. Pammy - glad you're having a great time!! HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Jane - The thank you card was for Laura's parents right? I say go ahead and send it. It's never too late for thank you's. Okay, so I'm really really trying to convince Juan to have the wedding at his mom's place. We are having a huge wedding there Saturday and I'm getting so jealous just looking at how beautiful everything looks as they are getting ready for it. We could have it there for free! This man is so hard headed. I think what the problem is is that at the beginning of our relationship he had no control. I was in complete control over everything. Things headed south way quick of course. But now that we are stable and that I have given up my controlling ways I think he tries to compensate for never having it in the past by trying to control everything now. I don't care most of the time because I've become pretty laid back about everything but when I really really want my way with something he digs his heels in even more!

when did you do that? I'm confused. did i miss a post?? I will make it official once I sign the contract with the venue and the church and my future brother in law aka best man aka college proffesor says that he will be free on May 15th. For right now it's up in the air on whether it's gonna be May 15th or late April because both venues i like are both booked on the following Saturday in May.

I have to show him the dresses. He's got strong opinions on what he likes, LOL. He won't know which one I chose in the end though. I just need to know his general likes and dislikes. I've been looking at wedding magazines and if I like a dress I ask him, do you like this and he'll say yes or no or too much whatever or that won't flatter you. He has a good eye on what looks good on me so I need his opinion too... Suzie - YES! May seems to be the month that we've decided on. Pam has testing going on and Juan's brother, who is an assistant proffessor also has some testing going on at the beggining of May so we are also exploring end of April. But as of right now MAY 15th seems to be the magic day...

Thanks for all your opinions girls. It makes me happy to hear the different reasons for liking them so that way I have a better eye of what I should be looking for when I try them on... Juan hasn't seen any of them but I'm gonna show them to him to see what he thinks too... Oh and I would never ever consider having an outdoor wedding in May in Houston. Jenn, I would pass out and die from the heat and the nerves, LOL. I'll try to take more pics when we go see those venues again... I will get home to a shiny happy house this evening. Ahhh, I love that! Happy Birthday MICHELLE!! Any special plans for tonight??

oh lordy. I pushed MUTE when he came on because i knew he would be saying foolish things... okay girls. i found another dress and i think i'm in love love love. the only problem is that it doesn't have sleeves. i wonder if a sheer cap sleeve can be sewn in? or a fluttery sleeve? Jenn - I'm in Houston! We are actually in a little suburb just north of Houston called The Woodlands, TX. But you fly into Houston... But the wedding and the church and everything is in the woodlands. Jane - Ugh, I can't believe after all that waiting that it was the wrong friggin part. I would have been livid! I'm not patient at all all... What's everyone up to this holiday weekend? I've got some appointments scheduled but other than that I'm gonna try to catch up on my housework and laundry, chill by the pool and we will BBQ and go see fireworks on saturday. We originally had requested hot dogs and hamburgers from my dad for Saturday but then he vetoed us and he is grilling fajitas and all the fixings... YUM, that'll work for me, LOL!

bye pammy! we will miss you! Have so much fun and don't get too hot! The pain I was having is almost gone now. Just a little sore when I breathe deep. But the restriction is still there. I'm super tight and only able to get down liquids. Last night I made a roast with gravy for Juan and when I tried a bite to taste it I was in so much pain. I know this isn't the way the band is supposed to work but I'm oh so happy with the restriction. I'm so happy that my band is not letting me eat, LOL. I'm gonna just have to make sure I'm getting my protein in like when I first started. I'll have to buy those protein shots or something... We're going venue shopping tomorrow! I've got three appointments at three different venues so that we can take a look at them. I'm in love love love with the one I had booked the first time around but it's so so expensive that I can't see myself spending that much money. I always swore I wouldn't be "one of those" brides that blows through everything for a party. But I'm really really liking it. :tongue2:

no date yet. Won't finalize it until late July or August. If Pam can swing it it'll be May 15th or earlier. Maybe end of April even. End of May is hot hot hot here and we would all melt getting from one place to another and taking outdoor pictures, which I really want to do. My trouble started as soon as I got off my flight on Monday so I bet it is some kind of bubble or something... I was already gonna be on liquids for a few days to shrink my pouch so I I'll take it as a blessing that I can't even eat solids right now, LOL...

Just had a light and fit smoothie and it gurgled each time I sipped. And I'm starving but afraid to eat anything solid... I wonder what I did?
