Good morning! Okay Judy, you have to tell me what to do if I want a boy first...ha ha ha I'm so glad it's Friday!!! I had a wonderful night last night. Had dinner with a good friend and that's always the recipe to get you back to feeling good... I've got two weddings this weekend and it's not gonna stop raining. Arghhh... Another stress-filled weekend. The only good bright shining moment is that my new car will be here on Saturday! We bought it over three weeks ago and it's finally the day it's set to arrive! Yay yay yay...

Suzyt - I know what you mean. I must take after my mom because sometimes little things set her off too and I have to gently tell her that it wasn't meant as anything bad... Suzy - I good thing is that I do love her and respect her opinion very much. I think that's why this is so hard. But I will not let it get to me so much...

I suck it up, LOL. I think yes, that's good advice. I hate running to Juan and whining about it every time she does it. It puts him in a bad position having to make me feel better but at the same time not taking sides because he knows she does it with good intentions... But like I said, I hate how it makes me feel when she does point it out and goes on and on about it... Like you suggested I'm gonna try talking to her privately and tell her that I'm embarrased when she talks about it because I'm sensitive about my body. And ask her to not do it in front of people. To just "cheer" me on privately, LOL.

Okay, how am I able to take a statement that I feel might be critical and turn it into something positive. Example: I love my mother in law. She's awesome in every way except for the fact that she comments about my weight and my eating habits. Juan says I should take those comments she makes and instead of taking them as critisms, take them as that she's trying to motivate me. I know that she doesn't do it to be mean but I take it like that and I don't know how to change that feeling. Last night I saw her and she kept gushing at how good I looked. She knows I've been going to the gym everyday and that I'm trying to eat healthier. But I haven't lost but 3 lbs. She kept going on and on about my gut and how it's gotten less swollen. So basically I took that as a critisism and I shouldnt have. But if I have this relationship with this woman and my weight has always been an "issue" with her how then do I turn it around for me? Play psychoanalyst for me today please...

ha ha ha... you sound like me Pam. Last night I felt like crap. Couldn't stop crying and carrying on. I got in the shower and when I came out Juan had a big milkshake waiting for me. He said, this will make you feel better. And it did unfortunately. Some people would of had a glass of wine, I had a milkshake, LOL. Sorry about your co-workers. My friend who is a teacher complains all the time about that. I tell her to complain to the principal but she says it doesn't work like that...

Laura - I can't believe that they didn't tell you to keep that stuff. My doctor was very explicit in his instructions to me and told me that I had to make sure I put the box and all the accompanied paperwork in a safe place and keep it FOREVER. That sucks that no one has a record of the number. They didn't write it down for you on any of your hospital records?? Michelle - glad to hear that your MIL is doing well. Is she gonna need afterward once she's out? Who's gonna stay with her or will she come stay with ya'll? Jane - have a great day at work! Did you end up doing anything productive like you wanted to??

Yes, poor girl. She is going to have to go elsewhere now. I can't even imagine where, everything is booked in the area. I feel so bad but what am I to do?? I offered to pay for her to reprint her Save the dates and to pay for any other cancellation charges but she said no, that she would go elsewhere. I refunded her money and that's it. Oh Laura - I can't imagine. Poor babies, but you're right, it was their time to go...

hello there jenn! Judy! Congrats on your garden! It deserves to be part of a tour. It's gorgeous! Laura - how did it go with the puppies yesterday? My heart was breaking for you when I read that... Mine are all senior citizens too and know that one day soon they won't be with me... I just want to cry! I'm off to get my coffee... With all the drama all i was able to get down yesterday was ice cream and then a milk shake at around 11. :/

I love the show GLEE. I missed the first episode last night but it's on my TIVO. I love the cheerleading coach. She is so snarky!

I tried to post from my phone last night but it didn't work... Well, it went as well as it could have under the circumstances. I have two girls. Tara signed her contract Oct 2008 and Shannah signed her contract May 2009. Even though Tara signed her contract first I asked her first whether or not she was willing to change her date because I knew that Shannah was booked at a church and Tara was getting married on site. Unfortunately Tara has already printed out her SAVE the DATES and has already made travel arrangements so then she couldn't change her date. So I had to call Shannah and tell her that I had to cancel her wedding. She was devasted of course. I apologized profusely but that's all I could do. I offered her a generous discount if she was able to move it to another day but she couldn't. She was extremely sad but thankfully kept her cool and understood that it was a mistake. It makes me feel double awful, if you can understand.

I am horrified. I have done the most unspeakable thing. I don't know how I did this but I booked TWO weddings on the SAME saturday in March. I want to curl up and die in a corner. How the hell did I do this? I am dead meat...

Good morning! Busy week for me! Busy day for me actually. I've got tons of work today and two weddings this weekend. I'm about to keel over from my workouts but other than that, LOL. Just a drive by posting today, I really shouldn't even be on here with the amount of work I have piled up and with a 4pm deadline. (yay Carson!)

Thanks girls. I'm also gonna start lurking the preggo thread too. But I'm happy that at least my port and tubing are off the my left side and not right in my chest like Laura's are. And yes, maybe to be on the safe side get a complete unfill. WOW, Suzie. She already got her dress?? I've heard of brides that do that, get their dress ASAP. But then new styles come out or you see something different and you end up changing your mind. I'm not giving myself enough time to change my mind. I'm buying mine 4 months before hand. Just enough time to get it in and make alterations if need be...

Yep, that's exactly what I was told when I was doing the research. That based on my age and the fact that I hadn't had children that the band would be so safe for me. Get an unfill and that's it. No complications. I'm gonna start talking to my fill doctor and to my band surgeon already about this so that I can figure out if there is a way to prevent complications... I know I'm getting anxious for nothing since I'm not even close to being pregnant but I need to figure this out before I get to that point...

Ahhh, sounds like fall. Everyone settling into their routine. I will miss summer but I kinda like routines, LOL. So sometimes I am grateful that fall gets here... Kat - Sometimes I also sleep better with background noise too. My brain races right as I'm about to drift off at night but when there is noise all I am thinking about is that noise and it lulls me to sleep! Have you ever worn contacts before?? My mom is getting the lens replacement surgery done sometime in October. She didn't qualify for Lasik and she is no good in contacts so she decided to just go for it. It's pretty expensive but so worth it. How was everyones weekend? Mine was fan-freakingtastic. Spent time with family, friends and best of all my hunny bunny... I didn't do any housework and other than Friday, didn't workout at all. But that's ok, it's monday and it's time to get back to work. The only thing that made me down was when I logged in here late last night and heard all about Heather's complication. That sucks!!! First Laura, now Heather. I'm scared to death now. We laid in bed curled up around each other talking about this. He told me not to worry about it but I just can't help it. Two pregnancies and two complications. ?????

yah, i hate her too, LOL. I DO NOT have willpower when it comes to food... But I'm honest. I write everything down. And so when my friend checks my food journal at the beginning of our workout if she sees something that I shouldn't have eaten she adds minutes to our treadmill routine and extra weight training. Terry - we do have a hot tub at the gym. Never thought about using it... I will take my bathing suit tonight and get in... And I thought we werent supposed to take Advil? I keep taking Tylenol each night. It doesn't help that much...

ha ha ha, don't worry about it. This is the all wedding talk all the time channel. Whoever's wedding, it don't matter, LOL.
