I think many of us have felt that way. I was a little scared, but I had 5 previous surgeries with no issues. I had the surgery on aug 6th and I have lost 78 lbs. I'm sure you will do great! Soon you will be on the losers bench on your way to a healthier, happier you to spend much quality time with your family!

I guess my ins works differently. My Dr sent the refferal to the bariateic surgeon. Then I was able to start my 6 mo required appts and do all of the pre op requirements. Once that was done the bariatric center sent it to my ins for approval for surgery. That took one week. Two weeks later I had my surgery. Good luck to you!

I was able to actually run on the treadmill yesterday. And at an incline! I havnt actually ran in over two years. I also didnt get terrible cramps in my calves, which is why I stopped running to begin with. Progress! -

Start weight-300 Current weight-225 Total lost-75 lbs! Last year at this time I was at 305 lbs. I am 80 lbs lighter and so much happier and healthier. That's the way to stary the new year!

Yep. I clipped mine of with sanitized nail clipper. Nit roo close to the skin though. That's what my surgeon said to do. -
I could maybe once a month or something. I live in Mesa so that is quite a drive. I work in downtown Phoenix though
