Hi fellow Floridians! I'm in Brevard county, and just had my sleeve surgery on 8/9 with Dr. Allison! Having a great recovery and am sitting here waiting to meet with the doc for my first post-op office visit. I'm almost done with the first week of clear liquids and look forward to being able to have my protein shakes again... And then migrating back to real food here's to a new me!!

How Far In Advance.....pre-Op Diet?

I'm on a 2 week pre-op liquid diet (3 shakes and broth or jello for snacks).... I'm on day 7 now... Has anyone else experienced increased fatigue? -
