Serious question- I've had my band for 4 years- lost bout 85/90 lbs then I learned to "eat around the band and over ate- there's no slippage but now I'm gaining weight back- how do I shrink my stomach again?

Congrats- be careful girl! My suggestion is to not actually tan until your scars get smoothe- could take a long time- but if u don't they will harden n look disgusting!

If ur heavier than before you may have some slippage and other issues- go be honest with the doctor- he won't bite ur head off- they want I to have best results u can get!
