i think subconciously (sp? ) im eating bad b4 i meet with my dietician (tomorrow) im eating fast food more often snacks lol knowing maybe that i will be eating healthy soon and have to stay away from these foods im thinking i better get them now b4 its too late

im thinking about going to a salvage yard for scrap metal where tehy have big scales for scrap and they weigh stuff pretty acurately because they are paying for that material seeing as my doctors scale is "broke" and bathroom scales go up or down at any lil movement or doesnt read me at all i think thats my best option ill pay em 5 bux to step on that thing and make a fool of myself :clap2: i need to get some sort of starting weight to monitor my progress

I havea meeting set up ready to go on April 3rd with my dietician what should i expect? I have to have documented 3 months of dieting i believe. So what kind of questions will she ask me?:speechles Can you as the reader tell me what you experienced with your dietician if you had to meet one

Im going to meet with shrink and from what i heard i have to stay steady on letting them know im doing this for health reasons and if i stay away from the glam and glitter of the outcomes i should be fine. Hopefully im not found to be considered a crazy mentally deranged psycho :heh: I need to pay 200$ for the consult and that my insurance would reimburse me if it was reimbursable is that true or possible?

have you ever heard of that practice though where the patient would pay up front before even checking with insurance if its covered

Instead of usnig the food that u used to use to comfort you this is just an idea but how about if you were to go out and walk your butt off get to a low weight look good and show that guy what he missed out on!!!!!!

what about people who never feel full ever..like in my whole life i maybe felt full at most 10 times and i do eat allot at times. i asked the doctor this as well and he said that with the band i would feel full

So i took that first step and had the 15 minute consultation with the doctor and he was looking me over allot :phanvan lol anyways they had a scale taht goes up to 500lbs and i guess i weight more than that because they cant get a accurate reading >< i step forward andit goes higher i lean back and it goes lighter POS if u ask me ..now im concerned here i am thinking i weigh 350-370 and its possible i could weigth 500+ and the doctor said it was possible WTF? oh well w/e so now i have to go on a 3 month diet prior to surgeory and wait for a call from teh nutritionist who might just have a scale for me and then wait for a call from a pyschologist when i have the meeting with her and the nutritionist im good to go.:clap2: now this 500 pound thing is eating at me :think

ya the reason i think im 350 is because i had a scale b4 that went to 320 and when i weighed myself on that it woudl go past the limit by about 20-30more pounds and ya i mean i see on tv these k1 fighters or boxers and they say their 320 or 330 and i look similar to them in body size so thats where im getting the 350 from if i really am 500 then wow i sure can get around pretty well for that size and plus i have not one medical condition that i know of ^knock on wood^ i will deffinately let u guys know how things go with the dietician and shrink

i will be banded soon and i live in moore getting it done by dr svein holsaeter and it is insured through where i work

great news first - i called up the bariatric coordinator this morning and i have a first consultation with dr holsaeter on monday from 4pm-4:15 band news - i got pulled over by a police officer today :*( i want to be come one myself in the future but not to be like this guy i swear he was out to get someone he had me cited for 5 violations.. 1. speeding 1-10 over i was doing 73 in a 70 he says its a 60 zone which is bull 2. illegal lane change he said i signaled but not 100 feet before the lane change. 3. no drivers lic ok i messed up mine expired in another state 3 months ago :X 4. no valid insurance - gave him the wrong card had the other in my wallet he reversed it 5. improper lice plate cover obstruction of state lettering - waived cause hes a nice guy all in all 515$ in fines im going to challenge it in court but actualy put an extension on the court date in hopes paperwork or the officer gets confused if he dont show i pay nothing

thank goodness i have been saving up my money or i dont know how i would be able to pay this hopefully i can get at least one of these tickets waived if i just show up

im afraid if i kept a journal id kill to many trees
