They work like lactaid tablets(lactaid used to market the drops too)only they come in a dropper bottle and you add drops to your milk or other dairy products.I used them years ago. I just read that they are hard to find in stores now but can be ordered online. I believe it is the same type of product that Lactaid adds to its dairy products.The drops don't taste like anything once they are mixed in they can be added to a whole gallon of milk and people would not notice anything different.

I meant are we allowed to add lactase drops?...I had a blank moment an was not clear lol

4 oz is roughly 120 grams and 8 oz is roughly 240grams... I am a nurse and I have lived in the UK and Australia so metrics were a must lol

I know it probably sound weird but the lemon may actually help your sore throat. Have a spoon of honey after to soothe it... I worked for a physician who swore that a spoonfull of honey works just as well as any other throat lozenger plus honey has some properties that helps with bacteria.. I know a lot of people who swear by Manuka Honey for ailments if you can find it. It is from New Zealand I think.

I completely agree with you I look at things the same way I think as nurses it is hard not to. I can think of one story in particular that just doesn't sound right to me for a multitude of reasons. I have had 3 c-sections,a Lap Choley,and a Partial thyroidectomy I get extremely nervous every time..I tend to worry about complications after surgery more than surgery itself things like DVT and PE especially but also things specific to the type of surgery...As for Day of Surgery I say BRING ON THE VERSED!!! Lol

-I want to wear a bikini(I am going to have a mommy makeover before I achieve this one) - I want to go whitewater rafting - I want to be able to hike and explore Yosemite without tiring out. - I want to buy about 7 pairs of different brand premium denim jeans in a 28(waist size not plus size) - I want to be able to wear Victoria Secret Bras - I want people to look at my hot husband and wonder how the hell he got a catch like me because I will look that good lol!!!

I thought of a couple more ... I can't wait to wash dishes and not get my belly soaked in the process . I can't wait to try on premium denim and not leave the store dissapointed or ashamed.... I will be rockin some True Religion and wearing some Bad Heels!

Now I am mad.... Looks like I won't get the late October date I am hoping for... My TSH level came back as a 9.9 and I have to start On Synthroid and have my level stable begore surgery which the Bariatric Clinic is saying can take a couple months

I don't know if anyone else has posted on this subject but.... OMG I did my Upper GI yesterday and I would never wish that upon anyone! I had tears running down my face from trying so hard not to spew everywhere and I am not a puker I have been through 3 pregnancies and have never experienced such an overwhelming urge.Does everyone experience this or is it just me?I am just now experiencing the after experience of the body ridding itself and I am so glad she warned me or I would have freaked out lol I am a nurse but I never realized that barium leaves the body that way...
