The bowing is really bad in ballet flats too! -
It is sort of like Australia's version of a 401k.I think it is mandatory in Australia or at least it was for the companies I worked at over there.

I am 32 and did have high blood pressure and sleep apnea when I made the decision to have surgery but I would be lying if I said those were my only reasons. I am not a Texas Girl but I live in San Antonio I am actually a California Girl so you don't have to tell me about VANITY lol they build more women than they birth in California .I was 226 at 5'2 and I could see I wasn't getting any thinner despite constant yoyo dieting and I was depressed I was no longer the young, fun and flirty girl my husband met at 22 I wanted to be that girl again.I was feeling trapped inside a body that had aged 20yrs vs the actual 10yrs that had passed everything always hurt .I did this surgery for my health and to find me again.I have lost 43 pounds since October 31st and I can feel the real me coming back again .I am starting to like shopping now that I am not limited to the "big girl" section. I was a very tight 36 in my favorite Silver Brand jeans bc I refused to buy Silver Plus Sizes jeans and now I am a comfortable 31:) I am in a much better place health wise and mentally!

I can't remember if someone already said this but how about "post"or "apost" instead of "supposed" I usually hear this from young children but I hate when adults do it....

Craving something sweet

I sometimes go out and get sugar free fat free French vanilla Froyo with fresh strawberries but I am 12 weeks idk how far out you are but you may need to skip strawberries. There are 70 cal in 8 oz at the place I go and it really doesn't have that weird"sugar free" taste as some things do -

Centrum chewables for adults are not bad -
I spoke to a pharmacist about it and he said that calcium citrate is easier on the stomach as well as more absorbable.Make sure you read your labels as I have seen a lot of people say they take citrical gummies and though regular citrical and citrical petite are calcium citrate CITRICAL GUMMIES ARE NOT they are calcium triphosphate Calcium citrate chews are pretty hard to find in stores I order mine off amazon. I just got Bariatric advantage chocolate chews but I hear Calcet is good too. I have only been able to find calcium carbonate chews like viactive and its generic forms at Walmart,HEB,CVS,Costco,Target etc and that is why I asked the pharmacist why calcium citrate is better. After he told me and that they didnt have any chewable calcium citrate I just went ahead and ordered calcium citrate online. Hope this helps..

Sleeve IMO are better as bands have a 40% revision rate and they say that African Americans tend to have more trouble with the band.My surgeon who has been doing this 10+ years says he and all the Bariatric surgeons at my hospital have taken out more bands than they have put in and they usually only remove them due to problems not a bc patient changes their mind .

My surgeon recommended between 60-80 with 60gms being for most women and 80gms for most men. With exceptions for very active people so I would guess most women would multiply by 0.6 since we don't generally require as much...
