Dont worry...u can do this. I dont think anyone has been perfect on the pre op diet. My surgery is on Monday and I have had a few slips as far as keeping up with only having Protein shakes, its hard but the important thing is to KEEP GOING! -

I am having surgery monday as well and I keep envisioning myself getting checked in the hospital and then all of a sudden begin screaming and running from the hospital...ugh I am so nervous:/ -
