Hi Jimbo, My PCP was not supportive either and he has been my dr for about 6yrs but he cannot stop me from wanting to do it. I did not meet the requirements for the insurance to cover my surgery. I'm still having my sleeve but it will be in Mexico. Good luck -

I've only had one flu shot in my life and it kept me sick for 2 weeks. I plan to take viramins and airborne a week prior my vsg. My sugestion is .......if you are used to taking flu shot do it if not then I don't think it's a good idea -

I have been comunicating w/ Alma @ ready4 a change she has been great. I feel comfortable with her and honestly I have my phone I can email, fb or call via skype if I want to. My surgeon is Dr Garcia and I spoke to him already I'm happy with my decision. As long as I have no complications w/ my vsg I will be a happy patient. -

I bought samples to try them out before I buy the big container and I liked all the ones I tried vanilla, chocolate and unflavored. What I did with the unflavored one I had frozen straberries and blended with some ice and 1 splenda both my son and I loved it. He wants to have some of my protein shake lol.
