I havent had my vsg but i had 2 c section n that was painful compared to my gallbladder that was laparoscopic. In this video you can see how much the do to u. Check out this video on YouTube:

Its ok to be scare. Dont worry you will be ok. Just think abot all the reasons your doing this surgery and the results you will get out of it. Do deep breathing it helps. Good luck and have a speedy recovery! -
Im doing my pre op test and i called the insurance and they told me im approved for my surgery on march 5th. Im so excited!
