I cant believe how the weight is falling off. Man pure is hard but atleast i got more options, but sometimes i can only eat 2 to 3 oz. i cant wait to start exercising so more can come off. -

I hate this down feeling. Like zero energy. I have problem with protein, so ive only gotten down an atkins shake which only 15g protein 1 sugar 160 calories. A body dont run good in that lil bit of calories. I want some energy! Tomorrow im going to buy an isopure juice and a protein bullet i need something. -

Oh yeah! got my surgery time for tomorrow. Im going in at 9 am but gotta be there at 7 am. I can wait to start this journey. Im not nervous or scared anymore, more like super excited. Good luck to the 4ths and to the 5ths. -
