I havent had my surgery yet but i have had my gallbladder removed and its similar in that its painfull . Plus the noise doesnt let u sleep to a pillow and a good sound machine or white noise machine is great. Many phones have apps for that and they help u sleep. I took a night shirt that hanf button in the front for easy acces for nurses. And my spiller, oh and my own blanket cuz it gets cold. A feww things that helped me

Actually u dont faile until u dont give up and lose the fight and u are still fitting. Im 23 and i all i cant tell u is dont mind the people looking. Kids do it cuz they are innorante and dont understand that food is addictive just as tabacco is. And who knos they might end up in ur shoes 2. But i congratulate u on not giving up and getting ur surgery. And if insurance denies try and try again girl

Thats the thing girl i just want to go to a store and not think ' damn they not gonna habe my size' i wanna say ima take this to the taylor to get taken in, you kno. I hate shooping for clothes online cuz most of the time wat u c is not wat u get and it mith not fit or fit wierd. But thanx

Yea and wen i do buy clothes i dont even where them cuz it looks eeww. im also looking foward to shooping after weight loss.

Im in the same road. My visit was july 31 so that one i made one for the last thrus of every month until dec 22 thats my last one. So its 6 months but just to be sure im going to go in the beggining of jan. My secound appt is in jan 5 so then ill kno my surgery date. Hey tip low carb in dec is the best because like that ur doc wont put such stress on ur pre diet..

My expirience was ok. But i couldnt sleep in a bed that wasnt my own. I felt wierd with all does wires and devices. They told me i slept only 45 min but it felt like five. They were able to see i had sleep apnea, but i still dont understand how since i didnt sleep almost nothin. I dont really go into deep sleep because i usually feel like ive stop breating or sometimes my snoring wakes me up. It kill me cause im always tierd and i wake up with a a sore throut. But no i didnt like it at all

U kno i feel a lil jealous when i see people post surgery dates.. Lol even though im happy they getting them i want mys so bad. I wanna be able to play with my boys without running out of breath. Oh n sleeping through the nite without feeling out of air would be a plus. I would love to shop n find something cut that i like in my size. Just venting

Yea well ive been over weight since i was 10. It is hard, and now the days seem so long and jan sounds so far away. Im takin this time to learn alot more. Im going to checkn c how many nut visit they require in my insurance. Thank u

I kno koshy but im having mys with teixeira problably after jan 2013 im exited. Koshy and texeira are some of the best. To tell u that patient from other surgeons that expirience problem after surgery as in licks go to them to get them fixed. Texeira has never had a leak so far thats wat he told me. I met a guy that did the sleeve with koshy and he is so thin he looks great. Good luck on ur surgery girl

Im glad to kno im not the only one that was confused because i was feeling dumb for not askin the insurence. I had to call 3 times to be sure because at first it was yes and then it was no but in the 3rd call asked for a supervisor because i was too confused but yes even though i have sleep apnea i still needed a 6 months weight in. I was so excited but it ok

Q3 i hate that feeling ok i have sleep apnea and my bmi is 38 and i hve to do so much just to prove i need this isnt my weight enough. No they want 6 months weight in and so much more and its frustrating i want it NOW no matter fact Yesterday. We trying to get fit and prevent other conditions and they make it so hard.
