How did your surgery go? I was watching you tube videos and it started making me nervous but the nurse in the office said she barely had any pain

Hi I am getting sleeved on August 13th. I just started my liquid diet. Yuck. I found optifast to be tolerable compared to what I was drinking yesterday. I could barely keep down the whey vanilla protein shake, it was horrible. So glad to hear that optifast is ok for preop liquid diets.
