    I was sleeved on the 8/23, I have been stalled also and up a few pounds. Im just gonna keep pushing through, trying to increase water and protein intake and see if that helps. Hang in there

    I did the same thing last tues night. I am on my 4th day preop diet it definitely sucks but will be worth it in the end. It's funny you don't realize how much it changes your routine and habit to take food out of the equation.
