Wow 50 grams of protein? I'm def going to have to try that. I have the unjury protein and some other protein drink from gnc which makes me gag but both only have like 25 grams. Can't see myself drinking 2 of them

As far as the gas pain walk as much as possible. I'd get a terrible pain In my shoulder and if I got up and walked around my house it would go away almost immediately -

I got my period the day before surgery I was so upset because I thought the same thing that i was going to be Laying there in a pool of blood. They put a pad down and had me lay on top of it. Because of the blood thinners it made it even thinner than it usually is. Luckily because of the pain meds my cramps were not bad but now it's been 19 days since surgery and I think I'm spotting. I hope this is normal -

That does sound very low for a goal weight I myself am 21 and 5'4 and my doc wants me at like 140 -
Yeah my mom bought those noodles While ago because she's allergic to gluten and they def have a fishy smell to them . Had them way before post op made me sick

I too am 4 days post op I don't think I get exactly 64 oz of liquids in but I'm trying my hardest. It really makes a big difference on how you feel the more you drink. I feel great today and I'm making sure I'm sipping a lot -

Hey everyone, I was sleeved on 8/1 and released from the hospital 8/2. That night I came home I went for a walk. The next morning I went for a walk but was so tired from not sleeping the night before so I took a nap. I eventually went out to target to walk a bit because it's so humid out. What are some other things you did post op. I'm afraid of resting too much

Hey girls. I was sleeved on 8/1 by dr Chau in Princeton nj. I was released on 8/2. I am 21 years old about 5'4 and went in weighing 257 pounds. I am now at 252 lbs. I was surprised that I did not feel much pain since I'm not one to tolerate pain it was more sore than anything. -

I only went to the required once a month for 6 months meetings with the dietician but it was nothing I hadn't already known. Speaking of hiccups I have them right now :/ I just keep reminding myself how much healthier I'll be in the end -
I find that every time I get up to fast I get the hiccups for a few seconds. Haven't had any pain in my shoulder.

I did when I first came home because I didn't sleep well in the hospital it knocked me out then. Later on that night I tried again and it really didn't do Anything. I walked around my house and had crazy gas pains. My bed is only a twin and my bf was sleeping in it so I tried to sleep in my moms bed and I was able to sleep for a good 3 or 4 hours but the pain meds didn't really do anything -

August 1st. They released me yesterday around 4:00. Was a little sore and could not sleep last night. Hopefully I'll be able to sleep a little better tonight -
Yeah I came home yesterday as well. I def have not drank the amount of liquids that they would like but I'm trying.
