I can barely get in one protein shake a day. And not the full 24ozof clear liquids I'm supposed to. I'm just so damn full lol I was sleeved on 11/7. I feel so great tho. A lil sore when I am up too much but then I rest. I'm hoping by tonight I can finish this first shake :-/ & hv some Greek yogurt. It tastes so gross tho lol what has anyone added to it? Crystal light? I'm going to try that for dinner. Man o man this was the best decision I ever made :-) good luck to all my fellow sleevers! Woohoo

You look fabulous! Your not stuck, ur tummy is still small inside, it's your tool and u still using it. You look great at the weight you are!! Very healthy!

I'm a 11/7 sleever too & today I felt hungry. So before I made breakfast for company that came to see me a sipped on my protein shake & then I was full :-) I can only get down one shake a day. I Hope this coming week I can get down 2. Maybe try pudding? I had a half a cup of pudding n wasn't hungry after that either. But I kind of think it was mental more than anything but I just said to myself oh I'll hv food soon just a lil bit n I'll get to taste things one day just won't over eat. I'm so happy! This was such a great decision! Congrats to all and best wishes as we train our new tummys :-)

Don't syh lol don't be so hard on yourself. You will loose it. Do you exercise at least 3-5x a week? Maybe do more cardio? U will get there. Congrats on all that weight loss!!!

Wheeew! He said since its in a certain spot (forget which nerve he said) that it's probably just from the positioning when they did surgery so it's ok. Should get the feeling back any time or within a couple weeks. No big deal cuz its above my knee I guess :-)

I was sleeved yesterday. In the hospital resting now. Oouuchie! But just glad everything went fine & I'm going home tomorrow. Can't get anything down but 2tbs every 15 min. Gets me so full lol happy happy about my new life

Wed November 7th here! I'm soooo excited and daaaamn starving right now lol I made my daughter meals and have even been next to all my grandmas cooking and I have not cheated! I'm so happy. I feel fabulous and I've lost 8 pounds since Friday! although man I'm hungry right now I need to go have a sf Popsicle. I'm not packed. I need to clean my home and I have work tomorrow haha. Gnna be so busy and I prob won't sleep tomorrow since I'm excited. Best wishes to everyone! No excuses No junk November
