Surgery was March 6,2013 and so far I've lost over 40lbs. Finally hit wonderland.. 197!!! Yeah! This has not been an easy journey but I've learned a lot. I'm happy with my decision and I'm looking forward to dropping at least 30 more pounds before this year ends!!!

SF Popsicles are count towards your water intake right? I'm 3 weeks out and having a very hard time getting water in but I can eat a half box of those dam Popsicles !!!!!

I'll be 2 weeks out tomorrow and I must say today is the first day I felt normal. I was able to get down 30 oz of protein and 32 oz of water. I even at a small piece of bake chicken breast with no problem ! Today was a good day!!

Thinking about switching to the B12 shot instead of the liquid. It leaves a weirded taste in my mouth and I believe it's affecting my taste buds. Anyone doing the shot monthly ?

Have any of you experience stomach pain. It's like a aching pain and it also makes my lower back ache as well. My stomach feels like its super tender on the inside and it should be after surgery right? I'll be 2 weeks out Wednesday.
