Hello,
I am new to the Forum....I was poking around on line as I am 6 months out and went up by 1 pound. I eat what I am supposed do but I do not drink any Protein. I do eat my protein first and veggies and have spent $100's on protein but I hate the taste of all of them. I also do not like Water but have started to incorporate eating ice all day....I walk 5 days a week and have just started (this week) doing The Phase program with Jilliam Michael....
I need 2 things some good protein ideas....I cannot stand the milk based..I have always been lactose intolerant and cannot stand milk.
I also need some food ideas...I started reading lables and have found some great tasting high protein foods but after 6 months of salads for lunch and a boiled egg for Breakfast...Meat from the George Forman grill and veggies I would like some alternatives..
I find myself eating what I should not to break up the bordom.....
Also, I feel like I should have lost more by now...started out at 227 and now I am at 183.3
