    Carbinated drinks

    Probably not a good thing, but I regularly drink Pure Life sparkling water with or without the addition of Mio. Makes a nice zero cal drink and, as a bonus, tends to stop me from feeling hungry.
  2. I am 7 days post-op and beginning to thoroughly enjoy my new adventure. Current diet's a bit restricting and I do have to learn when to stop!! I've had a love affair with food for many years so now my husband reaps the benefit while I chow down on Protein shakes. Would love someone to compare notes with. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"

    Day One Of Pre Op Diet

    Hang in there. I lost weight on my pre-op diet. And if it's the same as mine was - you'll learn to love Salsa as an amazing flavour addition to boring stuff like broccoli.!!
  4. I'm just post-op also. 6th day today and now I can have tasty shakes instead of clear liquid!! Lordy I hate Jello!! What an adventure this is!!!
