No I don't include whole grains, vegetables, and dairy in my diet with the exception of cheese because of the carbs. I eat pure protein and good amounts of it. A friend recently gave me info on the Atkins diet carb free to get me past my stall.

Welcome and Congrats!!

OK I never said that I'm eating carbs I simply asked how does one burn carbs. The only carbs I'm assuming is my coffee creamer daily!

Good luck! When seeing a new primary they usually like to get to know you before giving you referrals especially something like this. I hope switching doesn't hold up and you have to wait awhile..

I feel dizzy a lot. It seems that when I get up I'm always getting dizzy while I walk like I'm walking and I can't see ahead of me and sometimes i start shaking. I have to stop walking and stand still for just a few seconds and then I'm fine. This has already happened about 6 times today. I'm 15 months post op and this has been happening since early on post op.

Anyone feel dizzy post op
starr1202 replied to starr1202's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Thanks I have tried the dr route and the dr don't know why maybe I need to go back to the surgeon. My pulse has been really high since surgery so I was thinking that might be why and been seeing a cardiologist but he can't figure out why. I'm on a really low carb diet like the only carbs I have is in my shakes. I will try increasing them and see if it works!! -
