Quick update.... Surgery went well, no pain, no gas pressure.... Been belching like crazy! just a little nausea, but they are controlling that with meds. Hope my other sleeve buddies are doing ok

I bought the magic bullet.... works great! I also got a blender by Oster , it's called My Blend. It's so cool you just fill, blend, and go.... it has it's own sport bottle and spill proof drinking lid. Hope this helps Tina -
Hello everyone, will be heading out tomorrow night since I have to be in Eagle Pass on Thursday. Surgery is set for Friday morning..... nerves are kicking in, helps to know I will be in good hands with Dr. Alvarez. Wish me luck!

Starting My 2 Week Pre-Op Diet Tomorrow...and Freaking Out!

I'm also 3 days in my liquid diet. Surgery is in 5 days and I'm having the same feelings with the " what ifs " .... the first day was not too bad, yesterday was awful with head hunger but I stuck with it and feel so proud of myself. It is very empowering getting control over all the bad habits I'm use to.... keep your eye on the prize, we can and will do this! Good luck and God Bless -
I'm in the same boat.... the closer it gets the more excited and nervous I get. I'm finishing up the laundry and getting my bag ready to go.... will be heading out Tuesday night after bowling driving instead of flying to Eagle Pass Texas. btw , did you get signed back up for our After Thanksgiving group on yahoo?

Good Morning November sleevers! Today is the first day of my pre op diet.... so far so good, test will come after 4 cause that's when I seem to get hungry. Good luck to all being sleeved today and save me a seat on the losers bench... next Friday the 30th I'll be joining you. -
