Hey everyone, again it's been a while since I last posted, but have been keeping up with the posts. Just thought I would share its my 6 months surgiversary tomorrow (23rd). My stats are 44kgs down. Still have 31kgs to go. My weight has also been slowing. Have hit a few stalls along the way and I usually mix up my calories with a cheap meal and it starts to drop again. Kelliv - don't stress about the 1 kg gain, I have gained 600g in the last week. But I think it's because of the extra Water I am drinking at its so bloody hot. My daily intake is either a coffee or just milk for Breakfast, morning tea is tuna and crackers, lunch is either Protein and salad or sushi or egg omelette thing I make, afternoon tea is fruit, then dinner is protein and veggies and sometimes carbs. Plus heaps if water. Aussiegirl - great to hear you moving to a moon boot, more movement Puppyphat - hope you feel better Swiftkate - great to hear you are doing well To everyone else it's great hearing all your positive and helpful comment. I feel very supported in here.

Wow Aussie girl, good luck on the surgeries. Bugger about the broken ankle. Hey everyone, it's been awhile. Have Ben keeping up with posts just haven't posted. Brisbane people. Hope to get a chance to catch up. It's a bit hard with a 3 yo, and a husband that does nightshift. But maybe next time. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and new years. I was in nowra for a wedding, had a great time and Christmas was very different. Didn't over stuff my self, just enjoyed the day and my boy and watching all the kids. We swam and had a few drinks. Am having a fees issues. Weight loss has slowed. Have now lost 42kgs since 23rd July. Am very happy with my weight loss but am finding it hard with my excess skin. Plus my stomach is really annoying me. It seems to be the last place I lose weight. So I have this big tummy. I don't see myself as smaller either. It's hard. I still see me as a big person. I get alot of compliments and when I see my clothes they are smaller but I still feel huge. I have a photos I will try and post. My before and now. I still have about 30kgs to lose. I would like to also be honest with you all. I am really hoping to get pregnant in the next few months. My surgeon and dietitian says its ok. But still feel like I need to lose more, and then worried I may not lose enough after and also gain too much. Have so much going through my head.

Hit the 40kg loss mark yesterday. Very excited as its only 4 1/2 months out. I have lost less than that before and it's taken be over 12 months. Just brings me closer to my goal, I now have less to lose than what I have lost, hope that make sense. Only 35kg to go. Heading out tony work Xmas party this Saturday, am so looking forward to it. Might even get in some photos. Considering the photo I found of myself last year was absolutely horrid.

So good about about crossroads size 18, (love there clothes) Kelliv that's great about size 12, wow about your friend, must be hard you can't talk to her. My new year I will be in nowra at a wedding, so looking forward to that, but definately the first year I won't be putting weight loss in there. My resolutions are to exercise more (tone up) and Be more organised.

    Alcohol

I had a drink at around 6 weeks out, was a glass of wine and I was fine, I can't eat and drink that's the only issue. I am 4 and half months out now and have had a few nights on the vodka. Have been fine, no issues, do sober up easily though, haven't had hang over. You just have to find what agrees with you.

Christmas help- you know you want to!

Try love struck by Vera Wang. But yeah so hard as different people can't wear it, so best to take her shoppi g stray a few and find out which ones suit her after letting her wear then for awhile.

I just had a share a yay moment as no one else would understand. I am looking for a dress for a nye wedding my husband and I are going to and have been looking for a few weeks now but it so hard as not sure how much weight I will be at to drop by then, but went into autograph and saw a gorgeous dress (30% off helps too) tried it on in a size 20, thought I might be able to go down a size but the lady said try on the 16, and it looked awesome and actually fit (yes I know there 16s are on the bigger size) but it was still a 16. I am paying $90 for it but hopefully will get more that one wear out of it.

Hey everyone had my 4 month checkup with my dietitian. She was so surprised with my 37kg loss. She thinks it is awesome. Got my bloods back and everything is perfect, just need to keep up my multi and that's it. She says fish oil will help my hair loss. She said because a I have had such a dramatic loss my stalls will start to become more often and longer. Have only just broke my 3 week stall in the last few days. Hoping to drop another 7 by the end of the year, that will put me around 110kg.

Thanks kelliv, it was the first time I ate it and didn't feel uncomfortable. Yes I was full. I did hear that too that it's not going to stretch, but your mind gets away from you, thinking I will just go back to how I was before, as I have done so many times before.

I have a question for all the 3+ months post op sleevers. I am 4 months out and today at lunch I was able eat a whole tin of tuna with 5 crackers. (one of those tuna thingys that come with it all one) I have never been able to eat a whole one. It did take me 25 mins. I know it's probably not even a half a cup, but just checking this is normal? I have been eating do little since the beginning am a little scared my sleeve has stretched.
