Just got sleeved on 8/23 still in machines so I have an egg and little cottage cheese lunch is crab meat with spinach and cheese I have also has a current slice a piece of one as a snack and a fruit cup tangerines these items take all day other than Popsicles that's it;)

I am 7 days post op I bought crab and I sauté it with cheese it's great I have made stuffed salmon with lobster I sear scallops as well -

My surgery was on Friday today is Thursday and I'm down 20 pounds My goal is to lose 70 pounds because that'll put me at 130 pounds Oh happy day!!!!! This pain is worth it!!!

My surgery was fri they took my drain out on Sunday and it does feel much better I was lucky I had discomfort with the drain but the GAS WAS WAY WORSE WAYYYYYYY WORSE FOR ME;) hope u can get it out sooner Cheers Parris -
