Good for u. May this be an easy journey for u. I am 4days post op and can't wait to see results just need more energy but that will come with time congrats -
Today is day 3 post op I feel much better the first night was hell vomited every ten min woking my way up to every 45 min by morning yesterday finally got my liquid pain meds last night and actually slept ever four hours I have a pre op apt today still fighting occasional nausia but I believe its due to an empty stomach who knows

I fell off the pre diet do to lack of will power on my husbands 40th bday and gained 1 pound but its only a pound and I am back on track today plus the kids first day of school woohoo

yes me too my surgery is the 28th of Aug and my ticker says 1 week 10days I dont know whats going on

YAY congrats. I too am in the pre op diet I have surgery on the 28th and I am 4 days into the diet and down 7 pounds I just cant update my ticker but yay for us only good things lay ahead for us congrats again -
I dont know how to update my ticker, I mean I do but it doesnt show up as changed

Thats great advice I too happen to be going to costco today. I will check out the vitimins. Thanks for all the great advice everyone.
