I was banded Monday....I can only have water/broth/sugar popsicles/jello with no fruit....move on to diet with milk next week....like the Protein shakes....
It is day 3 and I am sore....but can't wait to really get started!
Woo HOO!!! I am August 20th.....SOOoo EXCITED! I just can't wait to feel better and not sooo bloated all the time ...and to just be comfortable ....oh and to be able to cross my legs eventually
