Wow I think I am really changing I am on vacation with my family I was worried about ratting had a egg white omelet for Breakfast with veg and fruit for lunch a salad with I tbspoon of Cesar dressing and a piece of fish bro proud of me. Went and brought Snacks for room brought raw veg. Yeah!

Ell I had part one of the test. Wow the question were really strange. Amazing that these question can determine my weakness etc.

An anyone tell me why they choose the surgery they choose. I cannot decided on which one to do. Not sure need some input please.

Added bike riding to my routine. I needed a pep talk today my daughter gave it to me. Excerise is really hard when u r not use to it.

Y first week dieting before surgery 3ilbs.

I saw my doctor and dietician medicare now covers the sleeve. So now I am not sure which one is best for me. There are pro and cons for both. Any comments?

Well I had my first visit with everyone. Took my daughter with me cause I thought she was going to be my support system but when the doctor talked about all that can happen she decided it was not worth the risk. She said if I can lose weight in the three months then why don't I continue that. It is hard to explain that I am already at risk for Many things. I am sorry I took her. Any suggestion or advice

Started the 3 mile DVD so proud of myself can only do 2 miles right now but I will make it to 3. FYI they have a 1 mike DVD and a 2 mile DVD that I was not aware of. I should have started with them and builded my way up. The cost of the DVD 7 dollars at amazon.

Elliot is finally around the cornermy 1st visit with doctor and dietician. Not quite sure what to expect will they start my 3 month weight loss prior to surgery on my first visit. I hope so I want to get started. Both scared and excited.

Strange it seems the process is slow when it really is not. I just want this so badly it is hard to be patient. I am ready I purchased a bike to excerise .
