I've tried every diet and yo-yo'd my entire life. I've also tried any Rx drugs as well as experimental drugs and OTC. After if been fighting GERD for nearly 20 years it was determined that I had a hiatal hernia. With that found and my health deteriorating I fought to get the lapband
