56gs of protien (2 shakes), Water, sf Jello, sf popcicles, gatorade (as per Dr after dehydration) and chewable Vitamins. I can not stress enough, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!! I am on stage 2 now and have introduced yougurt, thin grits and thin mashed potatoes.... but am still being very careful about hydration! These stages will be behind us before we know it
