Sooooooo. I loooove chipotle........and I normally get a chicken bowl with brown rice & black beans & lettuce........ So my question is HOW BAD IS THAT REALLY???? Lol. Sounds like all natural foods but I just have a feeling it is good for my diet........ Any thoughts?

Thanks everyone It went great super super easy. The numbing med is what hurt the most lol. Quick burn. After that I didn't feel anything. But other than that it went great. Thanks for yalls help :-) -
