anyone have a similar situation can you shed some light on what to expect I almost hit my 80 pound mark so umm I'm actually happy with where I'm at but I'm pretty anxious to find out what to expect Never turning back

hi Everyone I had my first pill last month and I've been doing okay I've lost 40 pounds but today I ate a hotdog and ever since then I haven't been able to keep anything down I ate the meat only not the bun but since then I've been throwing everything up help? Never turning back

I did the post op diet, but i really didn't eat for 3 days after. When i started eating it was super small portions and i use baby spoons. I ate pudding from a tiny bowl that i use to serve salsa or catsup to my kids. I was up walking the same night because the gas pains were almost unbearable. I had no idea i would have this gas pain. My family went to San Diego this weekend and we walked a ton. The more i move the better i feel.

I love my band. I lost 8 pounds with the pre op diet, and I'm down 17 more since i was banded. Im so excited and happy!!!

I was told same about ibuprofen, it can cause bleeding in you're stomach and even hemorrhages. my doctors were very serious when they explained this.

Im the same way. when I did the psych eval I ended up continuing to see my psychiatrist and she prescribed me zoloft. she explained that when we eat "happy hormones" are released in our body when we don't eat it, it.can cause depression especially when we have to deal with stressful situations.
