I am 2.5 months post op and I finally found a Protein mix I can tolerate, I used the very vanilla flavor and mix with fruit, almond milk, and ice to make a great tasting smoothie. My concern is I am at a weight loss plateau and cannot seem to move. My weight is fluctuating between 320-321 and cannot seem to break the teens. I have a shake in the morning and one in the evening. My diet is a mix of tuna, eggs, Beans, fruit. My workout routine consist of cardio 30 mins, resistance training 3days and lap swimming 2 days. Any one have suggestions how to move past this plateau?
